I have a few of your dresses and would like to buy more, but I really want pockets and only buy natural fibres, which unfortunately a lot of the dresses aren't.

The fit isn't great, quite loose - around the shoulders, in particular. Communication, although not terrible, wasn't great either.

I didn't realise the dress material was a heavy lycra and although it was very stretchy it was stitched around the waist which had no give? making it difficult to get on. The dress was actually too big but when I tried it on I could hear the stitching pull!! Different material with a zip up the side would have been better. Im gutted as loved the styles and designs but not for me im afraid.

I am very happy with my Halloween dress. Excellent fabric design, style and quality. I was not happy with their customer service, especially with this being a first purchase from this site. For whatever reason my order to the USA went from the UK to Belgium to USA. I contacted them twice to ask why the order was going to Belgium (it did not appear to be ultimately heading to the USA as per the tracking email) but never received a reply. It would be nice to explain to customers that their order is routed as such so that they don't think there was a mix up to where they won't be receiving their purchases.

They are the company responsible for your payment, shipping and any subsequent returns of your order. Love the skirt my only gripe would be with the plus size it would be nice if the hem line is slightly longer at the back for bigger bottoms

Beautiful skirt however the sizing wasn’t clear 24-28 is too broad. However, I’m happy I stuck with my gut being between 22-24 I went for the bigger size and I’m so pleased I did because I think it comes up smaller.

I bought 2 dresses as I was very satisfied with my last order. One of the dresses is ok though it fits a bit large for a size 8. The other one fits tight, it is too long and the zipper is damaged and doesn’t work properly. I have to get the zipper replaced even before wearing the dress.

This dress was acceptable in style & design however because the dress material is rigid with no give in it when I tried it on I felt hemmed in.

Ordered two dresses the same size one fitted perfectly and ons didn’t so had to be returned Both dresses nice style and good quality material

Overall pleased. The website is so easy to use and the delivery was fast and efficient. I love my dresses BUT...I'd bought two (different variants of the Bella dress) because they were under the 'dresses with pockets' section on the website. They don't have pockets. It sounds like a small thing but that's why I bought them....a little disappointed that they are not as advertised.

The only downfall for me is that they are slightly too big and virtually cover my face. Will be fine if I don’t have to wear it for to long. Very pretty! Like all Lady V items are.

Plus size ALWAYS sells out, literally a minute after the email has been sent to say there is a sale. It is also pretty annoying that you can not filter search options on your phone when you go into the sale part of the website, you have to click on each dress, then pick the size and see if it is in stock.

Bought 3 dresses. The first did not do up at all but was the same size as I’d previously bought. The other two were the same size and style but again the sizing differed. This has been happening a lot recently, so disappointing. It feels that Lady V have substituted quality with quantity. Also, please please please can you add pockets to more of your styles!!!

I have been a Lady V lover for many years now, and own waaaaayyyyy toooooo many of their dresses! (More than I will ever admit to my husband!) I do really love them, but unfortunately, the quality and design seems to be deteriorating somewhat, which is SUCH a shame. The label inside often does not match up to the actual composition of the fabric, and the sizing is completely off recently...I end up returning as many as I buy, and it's always a bit of a lottery if 3 different dresses in the SAME SIZE are going to fit! Lady V appear to have sacrificed quality for quantity, and instead of making dresses in lots of different colourways, they appear to be making lots of different styles in a few colourways...meaning that it's hard to find one I like, and that will fit. I wish they would just go back to a few designs, lots of patterns in those styles, and keep doing what they do best - making gorgeous dresses for gorgeous girls.

Beautiful dress and lovely material, sadly not true to size - after using the online chat and also the size guide, I ordered a size 14 when i am normally a 12 - the dress was still far too small and had to be returned, so have lost the £3.95 delivery charge. Would consider reordering a size 16 (!) if there was free delivery, but do not want to waste another £3.95 if it didn’t fit.

Yesterday received my order (delayed) covid-19, all over the world ... However it's a pretty dress not too impresive. I bought the dress for a wedding and it looked prettier online, belts should be a better quality (prior dress I bought had the same belt) and I had to kept fixing my belt, However, like how you answer to your customers online. What happened with kids dresses? Thank you, hope too see beautiful and different dresses ;-)
