The dress I received from Lady Vintage was beautifully made and quite lovely. However, I will not be ordering from them again. I did not receive the size dress I was anticipating based on the sizing guide on their website. The dress was very difficult to return since the website could not locate my order based on the order number. By the time the dress arrived and I tried to exchange it, all of the sizes were sold out. By the time the dress finally arrived , I only had one day to return it. I was charged an exceptionally high return shipping fee. I am out about $25 with no dress to show for it. The customer service was timely, but the minimum of support.
