“I love the dresses of LadyV and therefore I would recommend the webshop, but my last order was delayed in shipment by more than a month... All the while the customer service didn't respond with anything other than: "we are looking into it". In the end it turned out that 2 dresses I ordered were no longer available and I had to choose 2 replacement dresses... But I'm still wondering why it took so long... We are now 1 month and 1 day since my order and I have finally received a message that my order has been shipped.”

We are so sorry that your experience at Lady V has not been a positive one. COVID-19 did result in our customer service team having to work remotely, and our usual level of service did suffer as a result. “I recently both dress from you but the dress was small for me and I have to returned it back the unique think I m not sure about the size and the length of the dresses apart that the, dress was nice, the pattern very cool the color very good for spring and summer time I will buy it again if you just show the right lenght for the dresses thank you.”

“I live in the Lady V Tea Dress. I love the cut of it and think it gives such a feminine shape with a vintage feel. I have it in about 8 different patterns. Delivery is good, returns are easy. What's not to like. And if you're patient enough to pick them up in the sale they're an absolute bargain!”
