“I bought a bunch of dresses, but tow of them broke, one of them I sent back for reparations, before Christmas and still haven't received back. The other dress they offered to repair about 3 weeks ago. But I still haven't heard from them with the details. I wouldn't several times since but they stop replying. I will add, that I bought many of my dresses from them without problems before. The matter was resolved after 4 months of intense work, where I would had to repeatedly contact Lady V, to get answers. I have afterwards bought serval times at them whiteout problems”

This is certainly not what we expect from our usual high standards of clothing and so really are very sorry. I have been looking back through the emails and can see this has since been resolved. “Usually can not fault Lady Vintage clothes, but my latest order had to be returned as it was 2inches shorter than stated, which was too short for me and had obviously already been returned because it was just pushed into the packet and very creased. It obviously had not been checked before being sent out.”

“First time I've used this company and sure it won't be the last! The sizes do run one size smaller so, from my experience, I'd suggest going up a size. The dresses, however, are beautifully made and excellent quality and having paid sale prices, they were an absolute bargain! Returns were free and I was refunded very quickly. (Dress was gorgeous but the colour didn't suit me!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lady Vintage!”

“All dresses were lovely. However be careful if your staff are smokers, as one of the dresses (the baroque swing) overwhelmingly stank of stale cigarettes as soon as i removed it from the plastic packaging. As a non-smoker it was very obvious and revolting. It went straight into the washing machine. Not happy. Such a shame.”
