“The masks looked so pretty & ideal to buy for this Covid 19 virus . I ordered one & it arrived earlier than expected which was great, but It wasn’t well made at all. I had to tie knots in the elastic to see if I could get a better fit . It didn’t work it didn’t sit properly on my face. I wish I’d never bought it .”

“What a shame !! After being a regular customer with Lady V London the last 2 orders have been nothing but trouble. I ordered 2 face coverings, was charged for 2 but only 1 in the package when it arrived. Emailed Lady V, absolutely no response back. The second order has been delivered somewhere else by Royal Mail. Not Lady Vs fault but have again emailed them to request they sort with Royal Mail but again NO RESPONSE from Lady V. Lovely products and great unless you have a problem with your order, then absolutely rubbish customer service. Will be forced to raise a case via Paypal due to no response from Lady V and unfortunately wont be buying from them again. Really, really disappointed.”
