“My new dress is lovely! I ordered size 14 and it fits very well. It's a tiny bit too big so I ordered size 12 for my future dresses and I'm excited to see how they look! The fabric is lovely, the material a little bit stretchy so it's flattering and the colours are bright and stark.”

“Beautiful dresses however I did not find the sizing to be true, I had to go up at least one size. The size 22 dirdle dress I originally ordered looked like a size 16 when laid out and would not even begin to zip up, I am a size 20/22. Also the Isla dress in size 22/24 I settled on came with a belt whose ends didn't even meet let alone do up! Love the dress despite that.”

“The dress has a lovely fall to it. Wore it the next day and got a few compliments. Recommended your site to a friend who was interested. Only thing, the dress composition online said 95% cotton, 5% elastane. When dress arrived it was 95% polyester, 5% elastane. So I was expecting very different material, thankfully I still loved the dress, plus, iron free which is a major bonus.”

“Ordered 6 dresses which were sent in 1 small postage bag, it was far too small for the contents & couldn’t be sealed properly because of this. First impressions count. All dresses were returned.”

Hello Kat, We are really sorry you were so disappointed with the size of postage bag used. We as a company try to reduce waste where possible and it is a sad fact that many of these postage bags will end up being thrown away (the silver lining being that this is because customers are happy with their purchases) so we do try to reduce the amount of packaging that customers need to dispose of, to do our bit for the environment (and our customers bins!). However on this occasion we do apologise that the postage bag was smaller than you expected and will consider this when packaging future customer orders.

“Excellent service and great choice of styles and colours. The dress I purchased, Elsie, is to be worn to a revival festival, typical 1950s style. It is a great fit, the slight stretch in the material is forgiving but also smooths well over the body giving a very sleek look. Most impressed with the dress and the company.”
