“The reason I have scored Lady V "Poor", is mainly down to their poor Customer Service, but also as a warning to ladies that their sizes for the Isabella Halloween Dress are ridiculously small. In most High Street Sizes I am a size 20. In Scarlett & Jo I am a size 18. In this Isabella Halloween dress, a size 20 fit where it touched, so I ordered the next size 22/24, this barely gave another inch... still way too small. Their next size is a 26/28, which is out of stock. To get an alternative dress in time for Halloween would have to have reordered for a 3rd time yet again, paying a 3rd lot of P&P & having paid for 2 returns. They wouldn't even offer me a fresh discount code or free P&P as the only alternative in that size was £10 more. Not very Customer Friendly in my mind or experience. A bit of flexibility may just have landed you a regular customer as the dress was actually beautiful, but your inflexibility has put me off somewhat. So I guess a flat refund it is then. Not just 1 sale lost, but potentially a good customer. Ask Scarlett & Jo, I own more than 80 of their dresses!”

“I ordered a beautiful Tartan swing three-quarter sleeve dress in a recent sale. It was delivered really quickly, well packaged and I couldn't be happier with it. I love the material, the fit and especially the pockets! I will definitely buy again from Lady V, even at full price. Give them a go - you won't regret it.”

“Lady V dresses are my absolute favourite. They are great for casual and workwear. I love how comfortable they are and love the pockets on most styles. The range of fabric choices and quality are second to none. I get so many compliments wearing these dresses and am always asked where they are from. They are also very accommodating, even changing my order at very late notice when I had received a dress I had already ordered for my birthday. They selected the new style I had chosen and despatched it within days. I cannot fault this company....although my bank account regularly complains x”
