“Top class dresses and service, the quality of fabric is also head and shoulders above others. I only have 5 of your dresses and will certainly be buying more. My transition has been a difficult time but my Lady V dress gave me much confidence and some genuine compliments.”

“Have always been really happy with my purchases of Hepburn dresses previously from Lady V. My most recent purchase which arrived a couple of days ago was the Nutcracker Hepburn. Being honest I'm a little disappointed with it. It's a much snugger fit on the bodice than all my other Hepburns (they're all the same size), the finish isn't up to the usual standard with the zip insert being slightly puckered at the top so there's about half a centimeter that doesn't do up so it doesn't lay completely flat. There are cotton threads hanging out of the seam of the belt & a few on the back seam of the dress. The belt is quite short compared to my other Hepburns & definitely isn't going to tie into a lovely bow at the back like they do - the bow is so bulky & short I may have to ditch the self-fabric belt & find another belt to finish the outfit off. The dress was incredibly creased (none of my other purchases have arrived as creased & crumpled as the Nutcracker. It just feels the workmanship isn't up to the usual standards on the Hepburn dresses I've had previously from Lady V. If it wasn't for the fact I ordered it & really want it for a very special Nutcracker themed Afternoon Tea Event I would be returning it. I did put a comment to the above effect on one of the Facebook promotions for the Nutcracker Hepburn but it appears to have been deleted without response so when I received the email today inviting me to leave a review for my recent purchase .........”
