“Really disappointed with the service. I had the wrong dress delivered after paying for next day delivery as I was due to be going to a wedding away. I was contacted after complaining however to be told to buy the dress again as they couldn’t send me it without me returning the other dress. The lady on the phone was very nice however being sent the wrong dress, then being told to faff around returning it before you could get the one you actually ordered or spend more and have to wait for a refund when they receive the dress back. I think for the sake of £27 I would have wanted to keep a new customer.”

I am afraid that it is company policy for returns to be received before a replacement dress is sent out to customers, whether it be an exchange, faulty or the wrong item. “Chiffon Gracie dress in Sunflower print (size 20) was much smaller & not true to size. I have other size 20s from Lady Vintage that fit great. So I was very disppointed in that dress & I had to return it.”

“Really lovely dresses, I am 5”2” and this style was perfect for my height, it came just below the knee. Lovely bright colours with a little bit of stretch.”

“Lovely dress. Really comfortable. Very flattering. The v is quite low at the front but this helps to make the dress flattering. The stretchy fabric means it's not restrictive in any way. Sizes are quite generous. Wish they did this dress in bright red as I would get that too!”

“I’ve never been disappointed by a Lady V dress. Wore this one out to dinner straight away. I loved the small amount of stretch in the dress. I haven’t had this style before, Susie, but liked the extra length. A real summer print - would be great to wear somewhere sunny.”

“Lovely dresses, beuatifully cut, lovely materials. I am a voluptuous lady, and, tbh, tended to hide my (generous) curves in darker coloured tunic tops and non fitted dresses. My friend pursuaded me to try one of her dresses as we have a classic car and were at a 50's event. I felt feminine and beautiful, and hubby and sons agreed. I have now splashed out on 2 dresses, and am tempted to buy another!”

“Bought a beautiful dress in the sale in July '19 for an upcoming wedding. Have previously purchased two dresses, and found the sizing to be quite out (one was far too small, the other too big) but this, was just right! I find the vintage styles to be quite flattering to all figures, and the sizing selection was great.”
