“Small problem with caravan, dealt with efficiently & effectively at my convenience.”

“We were very disappointed when we collected new van that we were expected to take the promised two nights at wareham forest camp site that day. This was not explained to us by the salesman when we purchased the van. How we were expected to transport all of our equipment, plus bedding and clothes in our car I do not know. Our presumption was that we would be able to take up the offer at a time that suited us. On a more positive note, we were very impressed by the handover. Everything was explained to us in a very thorough manner by a very knowledgeable person. Perhaps you could pass on our thanks and let him know that the "toaster friendly " smoke alarm does its job. “The team were really helpful, pleasant to deal with and professional. The caravan was ready and service as promised and the hand over from Nigel was brilliant - well done - My only reservation was the standard of pre-sale cleaning could have been better e.g flies still lying on the vent insect nets, the table storage well not cleaned of insects lying in there.”

“Having viewed the Pegasus Grand Messina at the Caravan show rather than committing decided to have a search on the internet which was where I found Lady Bailey. Offered a competitive price on existing van and new van was £1,500 cheaper than any deal I had previously found. Handover was seamless with Les sorting out the paperwork and Nigel providing a very thorough guide of new van. Long way to go from Staffs but eased by the complimentary 2 night stay at Wareham Forrest in case of any issues and to try out the new van. No hesitation in recommending, great deal, great service.”

“We bought our new Unicorn S4 over the phone with Les in minutes - he gave us a price for our old Pageant that we were happy with - and the whole deal was done in minutes. On collection everything went smoothly, the exchange was completed and Nigel spent time demonstrating the new van and how things work - really useful - thanks Nigel. In brief - a really pleasant buying experience - and the 2 nights stay at Wareham Forest allowed us to get to know the caravan without being too far away if we needed help (we didn't).
