We were very disappointed when we collected new van that we were expected to take the promised two nights at wareham forest camp site that day. This was not explained to us by the salesman when we purchased the van. How we were expected to transport all of our equipment, plus bedding and clothes in our car I do not know. Our presumption was that we would be able to take up the offer at a time that suited us. On a more positive note, we were very impressed by the handover. Everything was explained to us in a very thorough manner by a very knowledgeable person. Perhaps you could pass on our thanks and let him know that the "toaster friendly " smoke alarm does its job.
