“Excellent customer interface. After a short introduction and finding our needs, we were shown to a few caravans and offered a brief summary. After that, we were left to look in any caravan we wanted for as long as we wanted. So refreshing not to have a sales person constantly on your shoulder. Felt valued as a customer.”

“The salesman Les was excellent no pressure to buy, we were left alone to make up our own minds which is a rarity. The Caravan was ready to collect on time, and the hand over was in depth and informative. all in all a very good experience from start to finish.”

“We feel that our custom was not of such importance but rather another sale On the day of collection it appeared rushed I appreciate we were late due to traffic although we left with plenty of time on our hands On paying the final balance this also appeared rushed with the comment of “right you us some money “ not is everything alright shall we go through the paperwork We spent £22000 on a new caravan but it would appear this is just a sale for Lady Bailey Sadly there are some faults which I would have thought would have been picked up on the PDI oh well another trip back to deliver it for repairs So come on Lady Bailey a little more courtesy a few more smiles and thank you’s”

“We part exchanged for a new caravan. The sales team were patient throughout the process. In particularly, Les on sales and Nigel for his knowledge and advice during a demo tow and handover. Our thanks to all concerned.”

“We purchased our first ever caravan from Ladybailey in May. The service they gave from start to finish has been first class. Les the salesman left us in peace to look over the caravan and there was no hard sales pitch from him (although he held firm during price negotiations!). Nigel did a thorough hand over and we left confident we could set up and operate everything at our complimentary two night stay at Wareham Forest. When heading home we found we had a problem with our towbar electrics and, even though it was absolutely not related to the caravan, their service team went out of their way to try to resolve the issue for us. The lady in the shop (sorry, didn’t catch her name) was also very friendly, reassuring and helpful. Overall, a great team who do the company proud. We would highly recommend this Ladybailey and would definitely buy from them again in future.”
