Picked up the caravan and went to Wareham Forest only to discover the motor mover which they had moved from our old van onto new van didn't work. Called them up and after a few have you tried this and that said sorry we can't help and we have never heard a word from them since. Very poor customer service, obviously once sold they are not interested in finding out if the issue has been resolved. No charge for moving it but it worked perfectly on our old van so you would think they would at least follow up.
Thank you for your feedback. From our follow up call we understand that the problem is now being resolved. We had presumed after the initial call your problem was resolved via our technical help as no further contact was made to say otherwise. Sorry on this occasion that our service fell below expectations.
Short Review.
This was my 1st major caravan purchase. Iv had a 2005 van before, so my knowledge level was just above basic. From the very beginning lady bailey staff, reception, sales, maintenance cleaning techs were all perfect, offered good advice, not plushie, putting the customer 1st. Following purchase, Now this is the important bit, the care to DETAIL continued, handover, CHRIS registration, any problems, I truly feel confident dealing with ladybaily, & would definitely recommend.
Purchased a new Bailey Alicanto caravan in June 20. Due to pandemic most of the dealings were over the phone and email. When attended the dealership to drop part ex off the sales staff were very helpful. We arranged a collection date for early July. We collected the new van on the day and again the sales staff were as helpful as possible considering Covid restrictions. I would have rated them four and a half stars if i could due to the cleaning of the van, externally was ok except leaves stuck to silicon around window and the awning rails were filthy in the groove. Internally there was dirt on the seats which came off easily enough but should not have been there also a lot of leaves and debris in the roof lights of the bathroom. I would however say if i had seen it whilst on site they would no doubt have rectified it there and then as they do try very hard to please. Covid made it hard for them but they still performed well I will definitely be using them for my next caravan purchase
A painless transaction from start to finish. Excellent service and extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have no adverse points to make and would definitely recommend Lady Bailey.
Excellent. The customer service we received from the team was simply fantastic. Les, the salesman, provided excellent advice and help, as we were first time buyers. On collection, Nigel was superb, taking time to talk us through everything we needed to get us started. They even paid for us to stay at a nearby camp for two days. Highly recommended.
We travelled down from Central Scotland with some trepidation to have Lady Bailey look at our older caravan for trade in.
We were delighted with the friendliness and professionalism we encountered. All (including price offered by 'phone) went exactly to plan and within a few hours of arriving we were back on the road with our new Bailey Brindisi van.
The team at Lady Bailey were SO helpful. One of the technicians even travelled down to Wareham Park (did I mention the two free nights given with the new van?) the following day to plug in our fridge (!)
Can't speak highly enough of Lady Bailey; we will use them again in the future.

Explained everthything very clearly and was vey patient with a pair of old first time caravan ears.
Everyone very friendly and helpful. All of our requirements were met without any problems.
We travelled quite a distance to purchase our very first motorhome but it was worth it. The service was friendly and efficient and the MH is really in good shape. We have had 2 trips away and everything works we would recommend a visit the team were all very professional and knowledgeable
Brilliant service from beginning to end !
Bought our first family caravan from Lady Bailey a few weeks ago. Whilst we have not yet been away in it, we have slept in it twice on the driveway! The children and the dog love it!! Really great, knowledgeable staff and service. The caravan was well prepared and presented, all the arrangements went without problems, and the handover was excellent. Have already recommended you to friends!

Mr Scott, thanks for the feedback, glad to hear that you were pleased with the sales and handover you received. A side axle jack is only specification in the top of the range Unicorn models. We were very happy with the handover of the caravan and the time spent going through the systems etc, We were expecting a 'hard sell' of extra's like extended warranty, special coatings for fabrics, maintenance deals etc but none of this happened which we appreciated and were pleased. Only two small niggles with the 430/4, when the caravan got really hot in the sun we were unable to open the door as expansion of the door/panels had caused the latchbolt to foul the strikeplate the only way to get in would have been to lever the door or crawl through the side entry under the bed. We cooled the door down with water then managed to open the door, I then had to file a few mm off the strikeplate and it seems ok now. The other minor issue is I cannot locate the 'error list' referred to on page 80 of the manual when an error indicator showed up, info on this would be handy, Thanks.
Hi Geoff, Thank you for the feedback, I have looked at the manuals for your caravan - it looks as though there was a list in an older owners manual that Bailey have removed (but must have left a reference too). I have emailed a copy of the pages from that old manual for your records should it be of any use. If you have any further problems with the door, just let our warranty department know and we will be happy to help.
