“From our first visit to Lady Bailey we found the staff to be very helpful and not pushy in any way, we were approached by a member of the sales team Jasper who asked if we needed help but allowed us to view all the caravans and was very helpful.”

“Picked up the caravan and went to Wareham Forest only to discover the motor mover which they had moved from our old van onto new van didn't work. Called them up and after a few have you tried this and that said sorry we can't help and we have never heard a word from them since. Very poor customer service, obviously once sold they are not interested in finding out if the issue has been resolved. No charge for moving it but it worked perfectly on our old van so you would think they would at least follow up.”

We had presumed after the initial call your problem was resolved via our technical help as no further contact was made to say otherwise. Sorry on this occasion that our service fell below expectations.

“It took us three Motorhomes and a previous caravan to at last find a really professional dealer. Caravan was exactly as described and throughout the buying process Lady Bailey continually updated progress on invoices, extras, CRIS etc The handover was the best we have ever had, which was particularly important as we had a 2 year break from touring. Well done to everyone at this great company”

“My husband and I decided to purchase a caravan after having owned a motorhome for several years. We found one at Lady Bailey Caravans that met our criteria and budget. When we arrived Jasper was very attentive and showed us the vans we wanted to view. He explained the extras on each van and provided advice on what van would best meet our needs. At no time did we feel pressured into buying and in fact was informed if we changed our mind that we could just call and change to a different van. When we collected our new van Jasper was there to complete the transaction and Dave gave us a very in-depth tour of the van and how everything work. He was amazing and very patient, answering all our questions. We would highly recommend Lady Bailey Caravans, not just because of the excellent condition of the used vans, but the helpful and friendly staff.”
