“The Latter was delivered on time, as specified, well packaged and is a great product. The extra stabilizer bar I ordered works well but is a little frustrating in that the ladder can no longer be locked together when being stowed (as the bar gets in the way). However this is a attribute of the manufactures design not the Ladder store.”

“The product purchased (Telesteps 60324 Telescopic Loft Ladder for Small Hatch Sizes) was delivered the day following placement of my order. It matched the detailed specification of the product on the web site exactly. It was easy to fit requiring only small modification of the hatch opening. The Telesteps loft ladder is a high quality strong and sturdy ladder which proves to be money well spent. The order transaction and delivery service from Ladderstore was excellent.”

“I’m a time served joiner I’ve fitted at least 100 loft ladders in the last three years When i get an difficult job to fit ie a tight area to get a ladder in they can and do addvise and price me the ladder i need for the job They know what there talking about Regards mike”

Good Morning, Sincere apologies that the item was sustained some damage whilst in transit. We do ask that all damages are reported as soon as possible and offer a 30 day period to report these. Unfortunately on this occasion it was four months down the line that this was reported so we were unable to do a straight swap. Many apologies we could not be of more help on this occasion.
