“I ordered the ladder on a Monday was delivered on Wednesday I live in Shetland we normally have to wait at least a week for deliveries. Was easy to install my customer was delighted with it.”

“The insulated access hatch I purchased wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It was poorly made and flimsy. The draught seal wasn't a tight fit and the fiber glass insulation in the door was held in with a foil that wasn't properly secured allowing the fiber glass to come out. Generally disappointing.”

“The Youngman Easiway 3 section ladder was easy to assemble and install. I raise two points - The holes in the pivot brackets were not large enough to accommodate the fixings screws supplied.I used smaller shank diameter screws. Also Important to note - the pivot arm must be fixed at the same horizontal level as the pivot brackets. Very satisfied.”

“I found the website easy to negotiate and the service following my order was excellent.My telescopic ladder was everything (and more) that I hoped it would be and I am delighted with the product. There are a lot of cheaper versions out on the market but my 4.4m telescopic is the real deal and was worth every penny.
