Good Afternoon Anthony, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to hear you were happy with the product and competitive pricing. With regards to the delivery times, the standard delivery lead time is 3-5 working days as per our website, we do however have a express delivery which is 1-3 working days. As the order was placed on a standard delivery on Sunday 27/08 the order would have been processed the following working day which on this occasion was Tuesday 29/08 due to the bank holiday. “Our first loft ladder order was damaged upon arrival, however, after an email, a new one was sent out immediately and arrived the next day. I can not fault the customer service it was amazing. The product is substantial and fitted well, definitely a two-person job, overall definitely a good quality item and a great company.”

“WELL DONE LADDERSTORE I ordered a Werner 3 section loft ladder to replace an earlier model. A friend was on hand to install it but due to go on holiday so I opted for next day delivery. I failed to notice the request had to be made by 1200 the previous day. I telephoned to sort it out but inevitably this took time. This was entirely my fault but the next day delivery charge was promptly refunded. I was, however, greatly impressed with the effort made to deliver the ladder as quickly as possible. Final arrangements resulted in the ladder arriving 3 days later than I'd hoped but it arrived by 0930. I 'met' several members of staff in the process and they were all helpful, courteous and tolerant. Jean Tallantire”

“Great service and delivery from this company. My only gripe is this trend towards the first step being low to the ground which is a pain when it’s a different riser measurement but I’m sure once I’ve tripped over a couple of times I’ll get used to it….”

“First order with Ladderstore. Registration was easy. Ordering process simple, good stock of items. I ordered the Telescopic Tower, an excellent product. Delivered ahead of the time estimate in good condition, well packaged with all parts. Very pleased. I will use Ladderstore again when the need arises.”

“I initially contacted Ladderstore for a price match on a loft ladder that another company was unable to fulfil the order. The price match was agreed and an invoice for the new amount sent to me promptly. Unfortunately the item arrived with a slightly damaged hinge (likely damaged during delivery). I contacted Ladderstore who immediately had a replacement hinge sent out to me the next day without quibble. I would definitely use them again due to their speedy and no hassle customer service.”

“Really happy with the service from Ladderstore (and the ladders :-)) Ordered my ladder - it arrived, but it did not fit its specially-designed storage space. I phoned up and Ladderstore organised a pick up, helped me choose a replacement and sent it off to arrive a day later. Refund note for price difference already in my mailbox. I'm very pleased - they made it so easy and they were really pleasant to deal with too.”
