We are pleased to hear our prices were competitive and that you were pleased with the lead time of the order ; as they are made to order they do tend to take longer than other products but we work with the suppliers to get them delivered to you as quickly as possible. “The ladder ordered arrived ahead of the date stated. There was a rubber block missing on the foot of the ladder which was reported to the office. They sent 3 replacements. Recently used the ladder and am 100% happy with it. The standoff and the ladder foot are good safety features. I feel 100% secure even when using it on a corner of a building. The ladder was very expensive but that's what you pay for feeling secure 30 foot up a ladder.”
