“Although they sent the wrong ladder they were quick to respond and rectify the problem even though they were closed for Xmas break”

“Cannot believe that a replacement lock for my midmade loft hatch cost me nearly £50.00. I didn't have the option to buy a cheaper on as the midmade was the only one that would fit. However, it has replaced the broken one and saved me the expense of a whole new hatch. Couldn't fault the service I received from ladderstore however, easy to use website, product was just as described and delivered on time.”

Unfortunately the UK Midmade branch closed down a number of years ago now so we are one of the only suppliers to still import these from abroad. “I needed some information regarding a product Ladder Store provided the answers to my questions and I was then in the position to order what I needed The item was a Ladder Log. I wanted this item as on this site there are X 3 Sets of steps and all are different. They were all purchased 15 years earlier and before my time. There were no Safety Measures or checks completed on these Steps. A starting point was definitely needed along with supporting paperwork.”
