“Easy to use website, deliver cost is reasonable and the delivery time is good. When a ladder was delivered damaged, they were very helpful and sent a replacement straight away.”

“We ordered the AL02 for our house and I fitted it on Saturday there, the design is great and ease of use as well as the hand rail for added safety. All in all a great experience and product, the ordering and delivery were great too, would highly recommend.”

“Quick and easy. Had damage via delivery but quickly resolved, and replacement ladder was a more expense one but they honoured the same price as had no stock left of original one. No hassle + great service = happy customer!”
