“Absolutely thrilled with my experience! From start to finish, it was seamless. The email communication was prompt and clear, with a detailed confirmation about the loft ladder and the expected delivery date. To my delight, the item arrived two days earlier than anticipated! It was packaged securely and came with clear, easy-to-follow installation instructions—a huge bonus for a DIYer like me. “Took a chance & ordered a plastic spacer for an old loft-ladder that was fitted years ago by a local joiner, before I became resident here ; he bodged the job, it never worked properly nor safely & recently the spacer failed spectacularly. I fitted the new part & adjusted the ladder properly. Job done : Thank you very much Ladderstore !”

“Replacement hinges arrived in good time and were a precise fit. Point to note the rivets and the finished head holding the hinge together are slightly smaller than the originals, time will tell on how long they last.”
