“purchased a new set of hinges for an old loft ladder and was very surprised to find a set to fit. The price was very reasonable and they arrived in a couple days. Would definitely recommend the Ladderstore.”

“What a shambles!! If it's a good well organised business you want to purchase from, keep scrolling past this shocking company!! Purchased a roof ladder from them on their website after doing a postcode check on their website which came back FREE p&p. The following morning received an email from a so called customer service consultant to be told there would be a further £55 to pay if i wanted them shipped to my address. After telling her on that day (11 days ago) to refund the money i then waited & waited for the refund to be put back into account. Almost 10 emails back & forward to the custoner service team to finally get refunded today. They say a business is only as good as their customer service. Well this business if you can call it that is a nightmare to do business with. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review us and I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Ladderstore. I have looked at the notes on the order and I can see that yes, unfortunately on this occasion the website didn't pick up the extra charge for a Northern Ireland address, however it is stated in the delivery information that an extra charge will be applicable for that address. However we have changed this on the website so it is more clear in future. Unfortunately, once we process a refund it is out of our hands with how long it takes to show in your account. I can see this was processed within a day of the request and that we sent over the receipt and confirmation as proof, and that it was back with you within 4 working days. I'm sorry you had this experience but we have put a process in place to try and avoid the postcode mix-up in future. Kind Regards Ladderstore

“The website was really easy to navigate even though I was a domestic rather than trade client. The ladder was excellent quality when it arrived and has been extremely useful to us. My partner fitted it himself and he commented on how straight forward it was so we have definitely recommended ladder store to others! Thank you!”

“I reported a ladder arrived damaged literally 2 minutes after it was delivered to site. I also sent a timed picture showing this. The driver knew it was damaged and laid it outside with the damaged rungs against the cabin. I was very disappointed with this and won't be using you again. I was also called by your admin about it, and I reported it not once but twice to them! and still nothing happened. Paul Gibson”
