“I live in the USA. I place my order everything went through. then after a couple weeks I received a phone call saying they could not ship it to me. I guess on the website they should exclude overseas deliveries during these times.”

“Phoned Ladderstore spoke with the receptionist and she she fully answered my question and she asked if there was anything else No we moved on to pay and address it was with me in 2 days The lady was helpful knowledgable about the product pleasant and a pleasure to business with the Ladderstore again in the near future”

“Putting a loft hatch in is always a big change, but I really like the ladder from you guys. Nearly all put together and relatively simple to instal it is a great addition to the house. We have been using it a lot as the boards are now down and moving lots of storage into the loft. Feels a strong and safe ladder. East to use and looks the business.”
