“Everybody is very frendly and they are allways in time.”

“I ordered the transfer in Athens and my husband and I have never been there. The driver met us on time at airport, helped with our bags and gave us some water. He was well-mannered and very helpful guy. Also the car was clean, so our trip was very comfortable. So my husband and I would like to warmly thank Kiwitaxi Team for their amazing work!”

“I'm a holder of a Total Mobility AT Hop card. I showed up at the taxi rink in Glenn Innes, Auckland and asked if the driver accepted these cards. Instead, he wanted to charge me $18 to get to my destination. I said no. Then he changed it to $15. This trip normally costs me $6-8. Your driver, took advantage of a disabled person. If I remember correctly, Kiwi taxis are part of the above named scheme. The car smelt of stale cigarette smoke and I could not wait to get out of the vehicle. Beer bottle caps in the back seat, ripped leather.”

“Poor service. Upon arrival - no driver. Driver arrived after 40 minutes after 2 calls and about 10 messages in WA. According to support service: driver mixed terminals. But it is absolutely not normal. No any compensation from company.”

“Have a wonderful Dubai trip with these guys. Driver was very goodlooking man! Moreover he's helpful and polite. Met us on time , helped with our bags, gave us cold water and some candies. My little ones were happy. It's not the first time with Kiwi, and they never let me down”

“The driver was very courteous, on time and got me to my destination early. I would definitely use the service again.”

“I booked a transfer for midnight from DXB, but after the payment I was informed that my booking is “urgent”. I was informed by email that they will notify me when they will find a driver for me. At this moment started to worry 'cause I'm travelling with an infant child. For my surprise, I got contacts of the dispatcher within 10 minutes. I contacted the dispatch and he told me that Mersedes E-class will be provided. Later after arrival I could not find my driver and suddenly got a call from the support team of kiwitaxi. Mrs Kate was trying to get my location so she could help me find the driver. In 10 minutes, my family and I were in the vehicle. Thank you for your service.”

“Very disappointed. My booking going to airport has been confirmed several days ago. A few hours before the taxi comes , in the midnight, I was told the booking was cancelled because they could not find a car !! So chaotic and troublesome.”

“Prima service! Prima chauffeur. Hij reed zeer prettig. We gaan zeker weer gebruik maken van KIWI taxi.”

“I would like to thank every person in Kiwitaxi Team for such wonderful service! I ordered the transfer in Paris, I've never been there. Imagine, the driver met me at airport, helped with my bags and adviced where to go and how to get to. Very pleasant guy. The car was in perfect condition. Very clean and with the pleasant smell. I was completely satisfied with my transfer. I definitely recommend!!!”

“Service of the company, Kiwi taxi Amsterdam, was good. But driver passed derogatory *racial remark* against Asians when we had a mismatch of opinions between us and him. I hope no other person has to face this in future.”

Helpful Report

“Thanks for following up my order in France. I have to say, I am very satisfied with your driver who was friendly and helpful. The car was in perfect condition, child seat and drinking water were provided. I will surely recommend your team to my friends and hope to ride with your staff again. Well done!!”
