I'm a holder of a Total Mobility AT Hop card. I showed up at the taxi rink in Glenn Innes, Auckland and asked if the driver accepted these cards. Instead, he wanted to charge me $18 to get to my destination. I said no. Then he changed it to $15. This trip normally costs me $6-8. Your driver, took advantage of a disabled person. If I remember correctly, Kiwi taxis are part of the above named scheme.
