I booked a transfer for midnight from DXB, but after the payment I was informed that my booking is “urgent”. I was informed by email that they will notify me when they will find a driver for me. At this moment started to worry 'cause I'm travelling with an infant child. For my surprise, I got contacts of the dispatcher within 10 minutes. I contacted the dispatch and he told me that Mersedes E-class will be provided. Later after arrival I could not find my driver and suddenly got a call from the support team of kiwitaxi. Mrs Kate was trying to get my location so she could help me find the driver. In 10 minutes, my family and I were in the vehicle. Thank you for your service.
