Site was easy to navigate and found what I was looking for quite easily but the fact you do not deliver to Australia was extremely disappointing. Thankfully I still have my mum in the UK who will forward purchased item on to me in Melbourne.

Late on arrival, not even printed on time. Customer service very helpful and quick to respond , waivered p+p as compensation for delay....happy conclusion

Hi, I was disappointed with the definition of the print because of the texture of the paper. I was hoping for HD print. But that was my fault...not yours.

Very speedy efficient service. Very happy with one of my prints, of the Land Rover adapted into a hovercraft, but rating drops due to extreme disappointment with print of the Equestrian Arena from 2012 Olympics - the printing is slightly blurry and it doesn't look anywhere near as good as it did on screen.

The canvas was carefully constructed and well packaged. The only comment as a slight criticism is that the picture on the web page was at least one stop brighter than the item received. This appears slightly on the dark side with some detail lost.

It wasn't the fastest delivery in the world but the picture is fine. I showed my surprise at the time taken to process my order and received a friendly response stating that the picture had to be ordered. Overall it wasn't so bad but communication is key to keep the customer informed should there be a delay.

I have purchased several prints and the latest was "Broadway". I received a phone call from you telling me that the picture you were now offering was not as I had ordered but a different view. I wanted the print as a present so asked for the order to be processed. However, I am a little disappointed with the result. It is not as nice a picture as I ordered. Lesson learned!!

Recently ordered a print from EasyArt. Paid £31....... was disappointed with quality of paper for the price. Thought the print might be on slightly textured paper. To me, the print looked very similar to prints at a cheaper price.

Good quality prints, good customer service but expensive with eye wateringly large price rises recently so only 3 stars.

The service was very good and the canvas arrived very quickly. We requested and paid for the canvas to be wrapped around and the sides of the canvas are not a wrap around of the picture but is a mirror image of the picture so does not look quite right.

Unfortunately with my first order one item was not sent although the delivery note stated it had been included. However following a quick phone call the item was despatched. The choice is amazing and I use it to guess who the artist is. An educational tool as well.

I am a bit disapointed . Bought a print unframed and it is super so bought 2 canvas prints and to be honest they look clumsy. They are very thick and the canvas is not a neat fit on the edges so it sticks so far out of the wall that you can see the untidy edges. Have hung them anyway but will stick to the prints in future.

Ordered a poster but had to send it back. The image was much smaller than I expected. Also the quality was not great. It would be useful if you could indicated what size the original illustration was. This would help when deciding what size to buy. A small original would be grainy if expanded onto a large format. I have been told I will get a full refund.

Pleased with my canvas but disappointed with the back with regard to hanging. Thought it would have had a. Fixing wire on it.
