“Fantastic service and a great toddler kitchen”

“Our parcel was delivered but sadly stolen. Yodel left it on our doorstep, and it was then stolen by a bystander. We have captured the theft from our digital doorbell. I'm not sure what the appropriate review is for a situation like this, as it's by no means Small Smart's fault for the theft. However, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. I was simply told to contact the police, which is not helpful in the slightest. The help I was hoping to receive was either some kind of willingness to address the situation with Yodel as they didn't even try to deliver to our neighbour or a safe place, it was just left on our doorstep. I was also disappointed in any lack of sympathy in my situation, as this was my son's Christmas gift and we're now £55 short with no Christmas gift.”
