“Buying for a friend's new baby. Colour that I originally requested was out of stock ... Small Smart phoned to ask if I would like to cancel or choose another colour. I messed around so much that I had to phone back twice ... each time, the person I was speaking to was courteous and made me feel that I was no bother at all. The items that I had ordered were sent directly to the recipient who phoned to say that they were way above her expectation. To top it all ... the day after the phone call ... both items were delivered. I was kept informed of the date and time. Excellent service and products. I will definitely shop with Small Smart again.”

“We were really disappointed because the box containing our Caboo was broken and scuffed, and the caboo had been roughly stuffed in the box - we can only assume we were given a display one or one someone had returned. The worst thing however was that it stank of cigarette smoke. We immediately washed it. As we needed the Caboo immediately for our baby we didn't have time to return it or complain”
