“Very poor customer service, would not recommend. Despite this item being marked as delivered it never was. Having checked with our neighbours I got in touch with Small Smart who said and I quote "once tracking says delivered then that's it". Royal mail are also ignoring all emails regarding this order so I am stuck having paid for something which never arrived and no assistance from the sender at all. Very poor customer service.”

“A lot of screws are visible on the worktop and in the cupboards. Some of the screws that were ready fitted were poking out of the wood or had spilt the wood. With all those things, only 1 shelf, a tacky plastic sink and no accessories I don't think it's worth the £95”
