“Really enjoy shopping with Kidly. Wanted to get the delivery pass for the year but apparently living in the north east of Scotland, on the mainland, doesn’t make you eligible. A real shame, will still shop with Kidly but not as often.”

“The puddle suit is very good quality as I would expect from Kidly. My only slight criticism would be that the size label on the actual suit said 18 months, which initially led me to believe that you had sent the wrong size. Luckily my granddaughter was with me when the suit arrived and I was able to try it on her and found that it was plenty big enough. If you adjust the sizing according to UK sizes perhaps you need to explain this. If my granddaughter hadn't been with me, then I would have sent it straight back assuming it was incorrect.”

“Having easily identified the products we wanted, the ordering process was straightforward, and the Christmas discount offered was very welcome. We chose next-day delivery, at £7.50, but the delivery company, DPD, failed to achieve this, which was disappointing and inconvenient. KIDLY refunded the delivery cost immediately upon request and without any fuss.”
