I paid extra to have premium delivery, as was needed Saturday. I checked after ordering and they’d confirmed it would be dispatched Friday and delivered by Saturday, but it didn’t come until Sunday. The information was showing it hadn’t been dispatched Friday as advised. I messaged to advise of this but it didn’t feel like Rose/Rosie really listened. I’d already explained I’d paid extra to receive the order Saturday, and she’d apologised. And then continued to advise me it had been infact delivered.. which wasn’t my issue, as I’d already stated I’d received it but it was late. I let her know of this and then was offered 10% discount, on the same day you announced a 10% discount across the website any how. Was a little disappointed, especially when I felt like my messages had not been read or considered when responding.

Product was ok but returned one some 15 days ago and still no refund. Not first time had difficulties with refund from this company.had to email several times previously to sort wrong refund on previous order. I feel this needs to to resolve as becoming quite an issue and makes one feel like not ordering or recommending to friends.

Items arrived in good time however the clothes smelled awful, like gasoline mixed with something else. I would have returned them if it had been a gift for someone. Customer services did offer to replace but I needed them soon so chose to wash at home and all seemed fine.

I ordered 4 items from the sales sections and, after I completed the payment, I was informed that one of the items (the most important one for me) was no longer available and I was refunded the corresponding value. This was very disappointing as I ended up paying what I consider an exaggerated postage fee for some items I wouldn’t have bought if I knew the backpack is no longer available. I don’t consider KIDLY a reliable retailer. I am sorry, I would not recommend KIDLY to my friends.

Lovely items but charging £7.50 for tracked 24 postage on one item is not ok. I wouldn’t use them again.

Was charged for all three items which I purchased but only received two out the three items. No refund given. Had to contact the company myself to request a refund.

Fast delivery, but 1 product was missing from my parcel. Thankfully the issue was resolved quickly once I got in touch with Customer Service. Then had another issue with my refund, where 1 product was not refunded. Again this was resolve efficiently by the Customer Service team. Hopefully you can sort out the operational issues! But thank you to the Customer Service teams for resolving these so quickly.
