Having easily identified the products we wanted, the ordering process was straightforward, and the Christmas discount offered was very welcome. We chose next-day delivery, at £7.50, but the delivery company, DPD, failed to achieve this, which was disappointing and inconvenient. KIDLY refunded the delivery cost immediately upon request and without any fuss.
