Hi, I was looking to follow up on order 2016242630 and understand why it’s taken so long to arrive? I have seen the tracking with DPD but received no card through the door to say failed delivery? I look forward to hearing an update as the service so far has been very poor. Kind regards, Luke

Everything is fine with the ordering and products but you guys send out too many emails. I am to the point of just deleting anything I see from KIDLY - and it needn't have come to this if you had left me alone - but I get emails every day it seems, about offers, promotions, requests for reviews... It's too much, stop it please

Ordered on the 3 for 2 offer but it didn’t work on the website so I was manually refunded the difference after some back and forth. Really like the weaning products, went back to order more it was buy 2 get 25% off this again didn’t work so I was told to order the same and get the difference refunded. Glad I didn’t as within 24 hours it had all gone to 50% off. Feeling like I overpaid and also had a faffy back and forth experience for it too in order to get the advertised prices.

We ordered the kite for Fionn for his birthday .We were initially informed that the order had gone through . A couple of days later we were emailed to say we would receive a refund . We are at a loss to know why we would recieve a refund ,as no explanation was given ,and we hadn't cancelled the order . So in general, this wasn't very satisfactory .

Not great. Exceptionally slow delivery. Attempted to query twice asking to investigate or update me and both went unanswered. Terrible from customer service.

Hello Luke, Thank you for leaving a review. I am very sorry your parcel took a while to arrive. We did dispatch it next day but for some unknown reason it looks like Royal Mail took a while to deliver your parcel, despite being on the, usually reliable, Tracked 48 service. With regards to not answering your emails, I am so sorry for this. We have discovered that your email entered the spam folder in our customer support software; an extremely rare event for genuine emails. The only way we found it, was after you left us this review. We do check this folder periodically, but have now tightened up the process to check it more thoroughly, and daily, from now on. I do hope you come back to KIDLY, Luke, and assure you that we usually provide swift and efficient service and support via email and also live chat, staffed by real people. Hopefully we can prove this to you on future visits. James

I don't have my item which was ordered about 18 days ago. It was for a birthday which is long gone now. Quite disappointing

Very disappointed with the delivery service I received. I paid for a next day delivery and only received my items five days later. As my items were needed for several family outings that weekend, I had to purchase clothing from another retailer. It might be seriously worth reviewing your courier. The KIDLY team refunded the postage difference of £3.00 and directed me to the free returns policy which sadly, was a really impersonal response.

Just received an order for a 4-5yr old Sherpa top. Returned straight away. Was disappointed this would not fit my grandson who is about to turn 4 for more than a couple of months, tops. He is a standard 4yr old size, so did expect this top to fit, have ordered a 5-6yr old one in the hope this is a better size. Would not say on this occasion that your garment was true to size.

Product arrived on time (paid for premium delivery). One of the products was poor quality and dangerous for children. A refund was offered. Pretty dissatisfied and embarrassed given this was a birthday present for a family member. I expected a much better quality product for the price, and selected it to avoid this kind of scenario.

Arrived in time. But the cardboard package for the Barometer was torn. This made it rather unsightly. But the hassle involved in returning it for a new one deterred me from requesting a new one. It was bought as a gift so very disappointed. The Coffee Machine box was also slightly dented. But, no damage to contents, thankfully. I think a lot is left to be desired in your delivery service.

Despite paying for next day delivery it turned up two days later. They returned the difference between standard and premium delivery however as this was a gift for our grandson meant we had to complete another 50mm Leo round trip to drop it off

The discount/sale on the website was great, and the delivery time was very quick! Unfortunately, our Halo Premiere BassiNest came in a box that was quite tattered, and the product had stains on it - so it was clearly used. Because there was no more in stock, their only option was to have me repackage it up and return it, which would leave us without a bassinet and take quite a bit of time to repackage!

I am disappointed to see you recently increased the product by £10, before advertising it as 20% off in your sale. This seems rather misleading, as I only paid £15 a few days prior.

Hello Charlotte, Thank you for leaving a review. I just wanted to clarify and state that we would never increase a price in order to then reduce it via a promotion. As you point out this would be misleading but more importantly, morally unethical and something we simply would not even entertain. To explain your specific situation, the product you purchased a couple of weeks ago was on a limited-time promotion at £15, then when the promotion ended it went back to its £25 full price which has been in place since December 2022. The key distinction here is that the product simply went back to its full price; we did not increase the price. The current 20% off sitewide this week therefore offers 20% off the full price that has been in place since December last year. We did not raise the full price in order to discount the item. I do hope that helps clear things up. I wouldn't want you to think we act to mislead customers; it's the last thing we would do. James

Despite having a .ie website this company is based in the UK. Any returns will need to be sent to the UK.
