I find prices inaccurate on emails/on the website and when you add to cart they are a different price. I am also inundated with emails when I leave the website showing me items still in my basket eg “we saw you stopped by” but an excessive amount

I never received my order because of Evris yet again terrible service. It has now been returned to you and the £20 sleepsuit deal has ended so I can't make my purchase again without it costing me more + paying for postage again. Please reconsider using a better courier!

If I could give a minus score I would. more used to be such a great company however something has changed and it is now beyond hopeless. Last year ai ordered over a hundred pounds of baby clothes and was sent an assortment of ladies underwear and a few baby items mostly in the wirong size. I bought two baby jackets two weeks ago and despite endless emails saying they will arrive today there is still no sign if them and I am now told they are lost. Communication is A1 so there is no one to speak to. I have resorted to open ping a case with my credit card but wish I had never made the purchase and certainly will not touch them again.

I like the products but they are very expensive & I don't like having to pay for return delivery as sizing is a bit unknown.

The sleepsuit I bought is excellent. It is beautiful. The fabric is lovely and soft. I expected nothing less. I have bought baby clothes from MORI before and they are always very good. The website is all right; not too difficult to use until you get to the stage of actually ordering and paying. It usually takes 2 or 3 attempts to get it to accept my card details. I have no idea why. I don't usually have a problem. This time I chose to pay extra to have a delivery by Royal Mail rather than Evri. Our local postman is very reliable and we have had problems with Evri in the past. When the parcel arrived it was delivered by Evri. Fortunately there were no problems but that was not what I asked for.

Dear Sirs I purchased a sleep suit for 0 to 3 months but the baby grew so quickly that he had grown out of that size before I could get it to him. Your Customer Service were very good and most helpful. I returned the sleep suit and exchanged it for a larger one. Kind regards Gillian Rimmer
