The item arrived late and separate from the rest of our order, although we where sent an email to notify us of this. The paint was chipped, cheap plastic pieces where broken under the rubber handle bar grips and the handle bar cover is missing.

Not necessarily a 'bad experience' as we like the shoes which arrived, but they weren't the colour I ordered. There was no time to exchange them but luckily we are OK with the colour anyway!

Had to go and collect my order from the post office. Wouldn’t usually mind, but this was a set of “baby milestone” cards and therefore should have been able to fit through my letter box. However what I collected was a box the size of a shoe box with a pack of a5 cards in! Come on, what an absolute wasted of packaging!

Order was placed on Monday, and wasn't dispatched until Thursday, only after I contacted you via live chat to chase the order up. I was then promised next day delivery due to the hold up but that also didn't happen as your customer service person apparently "missed the order", and any subsequent communication was essentially "sorry for your disappointment". So the "delightful delivery" and "best. help. ever" claims were pretty inaccurate I'm afraid! 🙄

The box the activity table came in was terribly damaged and very dissapointing as it was my first purchase from kidly. The parcel the box was packed in was undamaged so the product must have been packed like that. Was a gift for my daughter's first birthday so this was the biggest reason behind my disappoint

Service was good but product turned up in broken packaging and appeared dirty (brown stain on product!). Would have returned if i could have, but didnt get a chance to.

The children's bathroom stair that I ordered was cracked and very badly scratched.. can't believe that you would send out such a damaged product. Very disappointing.
