Order was placed on Monday, and wasn't dispatched until Thursday, only after I contacted you via live chat to chase the order up.
I was then promised next day delivery due to the hold up but that also didn't happen as your customer service person apparently "missed the order", and any subsequent communication was essentially "sorry for your disappointment".
So the "delightful delivery" and "best. help. ever" claims were pretty inaccurate I'm afraid! 🙄
