Really disappointed, I purchased it for my 1 year old grandson but because it doesn’t make any noise he was immediately bored with it .

Really cute shoe BUT it falls off my sons feet all the time. It's a miracle we haven't lost them yet.

My in laws ordered the classic world music table for my sons birthday, the delivery etc was fine but the product is smaller than expected, the cymbal, drums and triangle don't make very good sounds and one of the drums has broken already... It was only opened yesterday. Just seems priced way too high, should be more like £25-£30, a shame as it looks great on the website.

The first rime we used this paddling pool it lost air from the top ring very quickly. I have emailed Kidly twice about this, including photos of the problem and have been completed ignored- no reply at all to either message. Very unhappy with this experience.

Hello Amanda I'm so sorry for your experience. I can assure you we would never ignore any customer and usually reply to all messages within a matter of minutes. I can only imagine we have not received your messages into our inbox. We are looking into this as a matter of urgency and we will contact you shortly about this and to resolve your issues. Hello and thank you for leaving a review. I was a little concerned to read this so have looked into your order. I notice this order was placed on Bank Holiday Monday so, although we operate a 7 day opeation at out warehouse, Royal Mail (our preferred supplier for Standard Delivery orders such as yours) do not pick up from us on Sundays and Bank Holidays. I think this is the reason that it felt like it took a while to receive your order, even though, on checking the tracking detals, it was delivered on the 4th Working Day of our 3-5 Working Day service. I'd like to assure you that prompt dispatch is very important to us and any future Standard Delivery order outside of a bank holiday weekend is likely to reach you in 2-3 days and will be fully tracked. It's also worth noting that, if you need something quickly, we have a Premium Delivery service that allows you to order up to 6.30pm, even on a Sunday, for next day delivery. Please accept our apologies for the wait for your order. I do hope you understand the reasons for it and hope to see you back at KIDLY soon.

Would rather not do a review as I’m still waiting for my full refund for the 2 Moses baskets which were collected from my daughter in laws address in North London last Wednesday( Kate Holt, 25 Birstall Rd LondonN15 5EN. Until I get reimbursed I am both unable and unwilling to order from Kidly again. I would appreciate if you would advise me when the payment will be back in my account. Regards ANNE Patey

This isn't KIDLY's fault but the manufacturers of Lambda 3 high chair (Childhome). The product is very poorly made, none of the bolts actually align with the holes properly. For the past hour I've been unscrewing and screwing the bolts and screws back again and again so they fit properly and the screws are all the way in. I'm about to give up. Not only that but the chair is very poorly painted with marks, chips, brush marks and dents in places. You'd expect the price tag they're asking for would mean a good quality product. I'm so very disappointed with this purchase.

I love the style of Kidly but disappointed with quality of sandals and that they've come from China. Just expected a high quality brand to consider the environment.

Absolutely love, love, love their products, fairly eco friendly packaging, and usually unfaultable customer service. However, this time I'm disappointed. I was interested in purchasing the Kelly snack pot and emailed Kidly to ask if the lids are removable (in order to clean the snack pot between uses). I was emailed back immediately to say that, yes, the lids are removable. I went ahead and ordered them and they arrived this morning. The lids are not removable, the pot is in one unit. How on earth do you clean and dry these things? Really disappointed, especially as I emailed ahead first and was given completely incorrect information.

The toy online said it was for 2+. When I received the it shows 3+ And has small parts not suitable for a 2year old.

Two items ordered on the 8th December and two wrong items were delivered. Ordered a Magnetibook educational toy and a 2 in 1 pound and tap bench and received some dressing up Bat Wings and a Clock game! Wrong items returned 19th December as per the instructions, still to hear from Kidly or have correct items supplied or my payment refunded. Not very good really

Hello Lucy, I so sorry to hear that you received what can only be someone else's order. I'm afraid, on extremely rare occasions it does happen that a label is simply stuck on the wrong parcel at the pack bench. It's an awful thing to happen for everyone involved and I am truly sorry it happened to you. Unfortunately as you sent back the wrong items using the Free Returns service (which at this time of year with all the volume and bank holidays can take 1-2 weeks to reach us) we sadly had no idea this had happened and your review was the first time we were notified. (On this point, and I know it doesn't help you now, but for tuture reference and for others who may be reading this, it's worth noting that we ask that if your order contains a faulty or incorrect item to let us know first and we’ll be able to help you better. In this instance our team would have, without hesitation, sent you the correct items on the day you received the incorrect ones via a next day delivery courier.) Having looked into your order Lucy, I can see the team have already contacted you regarding a refund or a replacement of your original items, so hopefully all will be resolved today. Please accept my apologies once more, and I do hope we see you back at KIDLY soon. James

Sadly one wheel wasn’t drilled correctly so wobbled and caught on side of Walker. All sorted hopefully another Walker on its way. Disappointed but glad with support from Kidlyz

The gift I bought was great. The support Kindly gave me was responsive and appropriate. Your courier service partner was the worst I have experienced in 25 years of ordering parcels to be delivered. The failed to deliver my parcel on 7 occasions, never phoned and never used the address eircode. Get rid of DPD for Irish deliveries - they are taking away from an otherwise great service.

Arrived on time, can’t give a higher rating as product was faulty and currently being returned. I have ordered an alternative dinosaur night light from kidly which hopefully will work fine!

Whilst the customer service centre is great, they were unable to sort out a misplaced lost delivery of birthday items in total, and did not compensate the loss appropriately.
