I bought two kids bags and lunch boxes and in Italy thought they were lovely. However one of the bags has loose threading and bottle holder bit is coming apart. Sadly would have to rate the quality as poor.

Not sure what the products are like because Royal Mail has been used as a courier. I was at work when the delivery was attempted and my sorting office only opens 8am-10am for collection! - 10days later and I'm going to have to take a day off to collect it and receive the products.

Hello Rachel I am sorry you missed the Royal Mail delivery and that you've struggled to collect your parcel. It can be very annoying playing cat and mouse with couriers. That said, Royal Mail are very flexible and reliable, in general, and, in fact, you do not need to collect your parcel at all, if it is inconvenient. You may also arrange a re-delivery, for free, and are even able to select a Saturday if weekdays don't work. I have followed your tracking link this option is definitely available for your order at the moment. I hope this information helps and you enjoy your order when you receive it. James

I was really disappointed with the quality of this suit the foot harness broke on the first day my son wore it and now the zip keeps getting stuck and then breaking.

I like the products but ordered something which was then refunded as they had run out of stock. I was given a free premium postage because I had already paid and had to re-order but this was not applied and no one replied to my message meaning I had to pay another £7.50 to order a present.

Paid for premium delivery to arrive before Christmas as it was my son’s Santa present. Got message to say it would be delivered on Thurs after Christmas. Kidly responded and refunded delivery charge. They were apologetic (hence 2 stars). However the delivery was to Northern Ireland where we were spending Christmas and we left before it arrived so now have to pay a courier to deliver to Scotland where we live. Disappointing. Would not recommend if you are buying for special occasion.

Lovely gifts and great delivery service witn pass. However, the last couple of thingd I've bought have been cheaper elsewhere. I asked for price match on one and they said no. Would be better if prices matched other retailers. Also paid for years delivery pass which I am now regretting because of price differences.

Hello Teresa, Thanks for taking the time to review and inform us of your experience. I am sorry we couldn't price match one of your items. Unfortunately as you requested it 5 days after the order was placed we couldn't honour it. Ours is similar to many retailer price match guarantees in that, although its a great customer benefit, there are a few terms in there to protect us, one being we cannot match sale or promotional prices, for example, and another being that we can only match prices at the time of purchase. Please do rest assured though that we do price match all new, non-sale items that are cheaper elsewhere on the day of purchase and, perhaps more importantly, we do list prices initially at the brands' recommended retail prices - never higher - and we never intentionally charge more than other retailers. I do hope to see you back at KIDLY soon, taking advantage of the KIDLY Unlimited free delivery service you've signed up to. On that note, it's worth remembering too that our own label is currently only sold at Next and on our own website and it is great value with no risk of finding it cheaper elsewhere. James

Hello, I am so sorry that your order took a while to get to you. Please rest assured that this is not normal KIDLY service. Unfortunately there were 4 Royal Mail strike days between the day you placed your order and the 17th December, when I can see your order was delivered. The strikes affect not only delivery but also despatch times out of our warehouse, as Royal Mail do not collect from us on strike days and sometimes also the day after strikes as they are dealing with their own backlogs. This is why I am afraid your order took a long time to dispatch, despite it being picked and packed at our usual pace. It's really been a tough time over the three weeks getting orders to our customers in a timely fashion, for which I am so sorry, but I do hope this has not put you off and that we see you back at KIDLY soon. Took a very long time to get my order. While I recognize this was exacerbated by Royal Mail strikes, knowing that Christmas would be a busy delivery time and that strikes were ongoing, an alternative delivery service should have been used

Hello Barbara, I am so sorry about your experience with this order. The truth is we are having a torrid time with Royal Mail due to their ongoing strike action. To your suggestion, we are moving an amount of orders onto other carriers we already work with, but they themselves have capacity constraints, so this was a very limited option for us. As a result, your order was shipped with Royal Mail, who it is worth noting are usually an excellent delivery partner and we use their tracked services only, but over the period of time between placing and delivering your order there were 4 strike days, meaning that not only were parcels not being delivered, they were also not collected from our warehouse. To compound the issue, Royal Mail did not then have the capacity to collect the backlog of orders (essentially, collect two days worth of orders in one day) that accrued on the strike days themselves. I am so sorry you have been caught up in this. All throughout the period we have picked and packed orders with our usual pace and been very transparent with customers about the delivery delays. Please rest assured this is not a normal KIDLY experience and I do hope to see you back at KIDLY again. James

Over the course of the 9 working days it took to deliver your order there were 4 strike days, meaning that not only were parcels not being delivered, they were also not collected from our warehouse. To compound the issue, Royal Mail did not then have the capacity to collect the backlog of orders (essentially, collect two days worth of orders in one day) that accrued on the strike days themselves. It is truly a horror show for which I can only apologise. That said I can see your order is with you and I can also re-assure you that this is not our normal service and should you choose to shop with us again, I am confident in us delivering you an exceptional experience. We ordered on Black Friday and still are yet to receive our package. The tracking says it’s been with Royal Mail almost 2 weeks now. I appreciate that it’s Royal Mail strikes but would suggest that Kidly consider who they use moving forward as it is unfortunately a reflection on their business

Hello, I am so sorry your parcel took a while to reach you. I can see from the tracking details that we dispatched your order on the same day as receiving it, but unfortunately DPD had some issues getting it to you once it was in their network. I am very sorry for this. If it is any consolation DPD are an outstanding carrier in the main and only have problems on very rare occasions. I do therefore hope you'll consider using KIDLY again. I have no problem with the product, delivery, website, all great. But I have been inundated with unwanted emails since the moment I clicked ‘order’! I lost count how many I recieved! I opted out, unsubscribed etc but here’s another one asking me to leave a review! So here it is. I probably won’t use this site again. Because of all the spam.
