We ordered on Black Friday and still are yet to receive our package. The tracking says it’s been with Royal Mail almost 2 weeks now. I appreciate that it’s Royal Mail strikes but would suggest that Kidly consider who they use moving forward as it is unfortunately a reflection on their business
