Ordered a stroller and was told it would arrive on a particular date and it did not arrive. Chased them up and asked them for an update and they sent a very short reply telling me it would arrive on another particular date, that date came and went and the stroller did not arrive. Chased them again but did not get a response the second time. I needed it for a particular date so have now asked for a refund and purchased the same stroller elsewhere! Not had a response about the refund yet! I would not recommend this company if you need anything very quickly! Do not trust their expected delivery date when ordering.

I would not recommend using this company due to their poor customer service department and quality of products. MY EXPERIENCE: After reporting the issues in detail with various damaged parts on the Tutti Bambini Modena 3 Piece Room Set, I received the following email response, 7 days after reporting my complaint: “Please could you advise why it has taken so long to report such major faults?”. I reported the issues 12 days after receiving the items, which is a responsible amount of time to unpack the items and identify the problems with the damaged parts. I then received a phone call response advising me that the reason that it had taken them 7 days to respond was because I had provided them with the incorrect order number and implied it was my fault. I’m confused because I had forwarded the order confirmation email that they had sent to me with the correct order number, along with ALL of my other order details. This product was also packaged incorrectly for transit, such as wooden dowels being inserted into the joints exposing them to damage during delivery (see images). Anyway, happy shopping 😊

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a car seat 6 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived. They ignored emails and calls. Worried it's a scam website

Awful, awful website, do NOT order from them. Pram ordered on 4th Jan with 5-10 working day delivery. On the 17th I had still not received dispatch/shipping info so emailed the company and was assured it would be with me by the 21st. Still no product/dispatch info by the 22nd so emailed again, no response so rang on the 24th and was told that actually the product was actually out of stock and discontinued so they would not be getting any more stock in. No information about when I was going to be told this, they still had the item in stock and for sale on their website and after contacting the manufacturer I found out it was a total lie, the product has not been discontinued! Good prices on their website, but irrelevant if you never receive the product!

Personally wouldn't even give one star. Ordered an axkid move on Friday night. Though great I'll get the confirmation on Monday and my delivery date. I did receive this, and was told it had been dispatched and arrival was expected to be Wednesday (today) I recieved an email at 4.30pm yesterday that the item was no longer in stock and would be sent out and recieved at the end of next week. Now giving that i'd ordered it on the Friday that would be 2 whole weeks for a "2 day delivery" that because I live in the "highlands" (i don't actually I live in Argyll and Bute which if you check a map is not in the highlands) I paid £20 for delivery. It's completely unacceptable to pay £20 delivery and wait two weeks for a car seat that cost me £230! Customer care was non existent, no apology and when I asked for a refund he couldn't give it to me fast enough...clearly no care for customers and they aren't bothered whether they get the business or not! Please don't order from this company!!!

I ordered travel system a month ago and still no sign of delivery. No communication from them why my ordered is delayed or when it will be delivered. When I went to check online what is wrong with my order, I could not find a button " my account". Poorly designed online site. I will never use this shop again.

Dreadful customer service you will have to do all the chasing. Three weeks and still no resolution to a car seat that arrived damaged which I alerted them to with pictures 10 minutes after delivery. Will be going to trading standards as well as claiming via my credit card, when all they need to do is answer an email and arrange an exchange delivery, which any reputable company would have offered in the first place rather than fobbing me off and ignoring emails.

Family Ordered cot set for me which said 5-10 working days delivery they then emailed that all peices are coming at different times and 4 weeks for wardrobe past my due date. It's still online as in stock. O baby warm grey double wardrobe.

I was expecting 1 day delivery.. 10 days later I still haven't got my order.. checked to see where it is and its not even been sent out yet.. they are waiting for stock! Absolute joke

Do not buy from!!! They lost my £1,000 pram that had been sent to fix. They will not refund nor replace. 6 months this has been going on! Use a nicer more helpful company!!! Awful awful awful service!!!!! Stay away!!

Order a cot arrived and the box was all work men’s foot prints and bashed, Opened the box up and two parts of the cot was damaged, waited over 7 days for replacement which I Pacifily sent pictures from the instruction manual two advise what parts were damaged, I then was told the parts would be here for 12pm low and behold 3pm it turns up not only this but I have now opened the box to find they have sent the wrong part out 😭😭 when I called which I was on hold for 15 mins with a constantly reminder that I was first in que and my call was important to them. I now have to wait till mid day Wednesday to find out when the parts will be with me... Absolute joke when I explained to the man my baby is here in four weeks he kindly told me “no I’m not taking that ur baby is here 14 days as you could go over”

Doesn't even deserve 1*. Seems like terrible customer service is a common occurrence when using this store. I ordered a product from kiddies kingdom which to my knowledge was in stock, I was expecting my next day delivery. 4 Days later I received an email to say my product was not in stock and I would receive it in 5-10 days. A week later I started to get impatient. I decided to give customer services a call to see if they could update me. After waiting a long time to get through, I was met on the phone by an obnoxious, rude, patronising so and so who spoke to me like I was stupid because 'it does say 10 days'. It would be nice if they could keep you more informed after all it was a discrepancy on there side! Never again will I order from here.

Absolutely disgusting service. Phoned to chase my "next day delivery" a week after I made my order, only to be met with the most obnoxious, patronising and uninformed service staff member I've ever encountered. Asked for management to call me back.......never called. Would never use again and would never recommend.

Disgusting customer service experience. Ordered a new out n about buggy from Kiddies Kingdom. After 2 uses the brake stopped working making it unsafe for my baby. Advise I received was to lubricate the brake as this will need doing from time to time. After 2 uses? Still tried this and no change still no working brake. Kiddies Kingdom have subsequently ignored my emails. I am appalled by the lack of customer care and the complete disregard for a child's safety. Avoid at all costs!

I rarely leave a bad review but I am aghast at how bad the service has been at Kiddies Kingdom. I ordered an isofix base and car seat from their website about 5 weeks ago. I was informed the isofix would be delivered next day, whilst the car seat was out of stock but should be delivered by the 15th October. I contacted customer services on the 16th to say the car seat had not been delivered. I was told that both the isofix base and car seat were both delivered to my choice of store, but because the car seat was too big for them to take in it was sent back to the depot. That was over a month ago and at no point was I made aware of this! On 16th October customer services told me it would be delivered to my home address on Friday 19th. I even contacted them the same morning to confirm delivery would be today. I was assured it was. I have stayed in all day with a 2 year old and re-arranged important appointments to make myself available. No sign of delivery by 4pm so I call again and am informed that the car seat is not out for delivery and in fact, is out of stock! Absolutely disgusting service to be lied to by such an organisation. I have asked for a full refund and will never use this store again, and will discourage as many people as I can to not use them either.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery, which I needed. Eventually got an email saying my order had been changed to direct delivery and may be a number of days. Left me in a very tight spot and without a car seat. Don’t buy from this company.
