Ordered a baby beanbag on 20th December and money was taken 23rd December - arrived 14th Jan after telephone call and email chasing delivery. Item arrived 14th January in grey - I ordered pink for a baby girl. Shocking customer service. Avoid like the plague.

They shipped a cheaper, less secure version of the item I purchased. It looks the same, but it is not. If I didn't notice I would have kept an item that is 40GBP cheaper and my children would be less safe.

Will never order from this company again. Paid in full for baby changing unit. Took hours to put it together and finally nothing was in sync, drawers didn't line up and cupboard wouldn't close. Customer service from staff was disgraceful. Was told couldn't have refund because we'd assembled it. Had to go to trading standards before eventually having full refund. Disgusting attitude with staff and manager who I won't name to save them the embarrassment. Spoilt the whole experience of buying for our first grandchild.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY, SCAM!! After ordering a 3 piece furniture set and mattress I was finally given a delivery date. Myself and a family member took the day off work unpaid to recieve the delivery. The delivery did not arrive on the day they specifief. When I phoned up, I was told to contact the courier. After been given the run around i was told my items were not even loaded onto the delivery van. Nobody had contacted me and I lost a days wages. I was told they would deliver Saturday however I would have to pay the delivery charge. After arguing this, they agreed they would not charge me. On the saturday my items arrived, all except the mattress. I phoned back the Monday and spoke to Sole who could not explain why any of the issues occurred and said my mattress would be delivered the next day. All the items for sale can be found on Amazon and cheaper. This company is a rip off with terrible customer service. They have not given an explanation nor compensation. DO NOT USE

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing from Kiddies Kingdom. I made one purchase and needed to return it, to cut the story short Kiddies Kingdom wanted £25 to return. I have never heard anything like that, astounded. Their returns policy does not state that you must pay courier charges of that amount, had it then I would never have purchased from them and won't again.

Ordered a cot bed but when it arrived there was big muddy footprints all over the box and it was all broken inside!! Phoned and said has to send it an email with pictures to prove it, joke.

Ordered buggy Joie pact which wasn’t up to my expectations! Didn’t use it for the first months it wasn’t needed as i bought it specially to travel with! When I opened it before travel and used it just before to get hang out of it... it was no good. As the child couldn’t sit up straight and was constantly sliding down! Super uncomfortable! Anyway, I didn’t take it with me to travel and I want it to return it. But as it was more than 30 days since I bought it they said they won’t take it back, even if it wasn’t used ! Very disappointed!

Purchase a fairly expensive Tutti Bambini furniture set from Kiddies Kingdom. It was advertised as brand new etc. however during the assembly we noticed this wasn't the case, quite a lot of components were clearly touched up with paint to hide dents/scratches and there was even blue masking tape on other pieces next to dents clearly used as a highlighter/indicator. The customer service received from Kiddies Kingdom regarding this issue was some of the worst service I have ever received, they have tried to shut me up by chucking £75 at me (off a £1000 purchase) and claim that the items MUST have been 'damaged' in transit - weren't able to explain how paint touch ups and masking tape found there way onto the items during transit however..... Tutti Bambini and Kiddies Kingdom have broken Trade Description Acts and currently taking legal action.

I would not recommend this shop. My father ordered something online but it was the wrong colour so he cancelled the order with the intention of reordering the right colour but was charged £20 for delivery (I don't think it had even left the warehouse). This may be their policy and was our fault but I'd rather use another retailer that has a free returns service as I think this policy is pretty poor in this day and age when looking at other options such as Amazon or John Lewis etc.

Deducted £20 from a refund for delivery on an item that was never delivered (don't think it even left the warehouse). Ordered wrong colour was going to reorder right colour but decided against using this company due to the above policy.

Worst service I have ever My granddaughters pushchair broke and collapsed while she was in it, they repaired it and it broke again, I am not happy to have it repaired and have asked to have it replaced they are refusing, however I have taken it to trading standards and have started a process with the European ADR The customer service and after sales is the worst and I would strongly advise anybody thinking of purchasing any goods think again.

The worst company I have ever dealt with – fine it you want to buy something, but just make sure there is no chance of it becoming faulty and you ending up having to deal with the non-existent after sales service. It is absolutely shocking. My advice would be to pay a little more and go to a decent retailer who respects their customers

Car seat turned up with a broken handle. Literally split in two. How this passed a quality check before dispatch is shocking. Stay clear of this unsafe organisation.
