Even though I got the products in good time, some of the parts were damaged and in order to get them replaced was an absolute nightmare. Pieces literally arrived days before my due date. The customer service was awful, unhelpful and rude.

I had some draws delivered and the groves do not match up. Been waiting three weeks and still got no further. I’m told it’s a manufacturing issue and they aren’t contains back kiddies kingdom but I using understand how this is now my issue. I’m due my baby and I do not need this stress, I just want their bedroom ready for their arrival. Promises of emails which never happen then being on hold for an hour each time. Not happy and will not be using this website again.

What an absolute joke of a company... STEPH her name was, rude, atrogant and clearly no product knowledge! This started on the 17th Jan, we brought a bundle with a multi system pram, car seat did not fit on the pram, rang to inform them to be told by a very helpful Gemma that they would need pictures, video of baby seat not fitting on the actual adapter on the pram. Sent all these as proof on email. They decided it was the wrong car seat, sent another car seat out for it to arrive and iy was the exact same one as before!!! Again, rang them to arrange for this to be collected and to ask what the hell was going on. Baby due any time now and this is going on and on with no car seat... They then decided to tell me that the manufacturer had included the wrong adaptors with the actual pram ( blaming manufacturer) so they told me the manufacturer would be contacting me. No contact from manufacturer and email from kiddies kingdom saying that they had tried to contact me for more information, LIE!!!! So at this point I'm at my witts end.. can never get through straight away to kiddies kingdom. Finally spoke to someone and they said it wasn't the adaptors it was the w Car seat so NEW car seat being sent out..... AGAIN!!! Car seat sent back and 2nd time... emailed to make sure that the NEW car seat and correct car seat were being sent out and email from.them to.confirm that they had spoken to somone who knows the products and correct car seat was being sent out to me... 1 week later, no email after asking where car seat was as its been a week for STEPH to tell me yet again that its not the car seat but the adaptors!!!! I've got a baby due any day now, the stress this company as caused me, I did swear out of anger on the phone and she put the phone down on me so that's understanding but this is still on going, I'm not sure whats happening, they have my money and I have the wrong car seat/adaptors... I want a full refund!!! Currently on hold to trading standards... these people do not care and as a pregnant woman thinking she as dealing with a decent company... AVOID AVOID AVOID

I brought my daughter the kindercraft trike , when we set it up Christmas Eve we noticed the Box had already been Open. my Partner put it together and it was Faulty ( the bar that goes across the childs body didn't have the Holes for the Screws to Go in ) So my partner had to make his Own Luckily otherwise we wouldn't of had a Christmas present for Our little one. I was Very Upset as I think when You buy something that was a £124.99 it Should come in a box Not opened and Should be put together No issues . Thankfully we Sorted the Issue and My daughter loves Her Trike .

I placed an order on a cot bed set to be delivered within 3-5 days and after 9 days I had to call them to chase why I have not had any update on delivery yet. They sent me an email the day after to say that the item is out of stock and would take 2 months to deliver. My baby is due in the next week and now I have to resort to ordering a cot bed set elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed with their service and lack of communication in this situation. This is very unprofessional and has left me and my wife in a lot of stress having to deal with this just a week before our baby due date.

Been a month now and still waiting for a refund. Complete joke. Products are ok but paint comes off when certain toys have touched them. Very dangerous for kids. They don’t reply to emails or answer the phone. ThIs has been going on since March

Terrible company will never use again. Happy to take your money, promise a delivery date then send an email stating ‘awaiting stock’. They don’t send you updates and you have to chase them repeatedly, which achieves nothing because even a response takes weeks and weeks! I’ve claimed a cancellation of my order as I’ve given up waiting. Absolute joke I should’ve ordered from a reputable company and could have revived my order 2 days later. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

Don't honour price match guarantee... i found 2 items cheaper elsewhere to which they replied " We are very sorry we are unable to honour your request, after reviewing the competitor's price we are unable to match due to commercial viability." my advice is shop around, many items cheaper elsewhere.

If you want a stress-free pregnancy, avoid Kiddies Kingdom! I really wish I’d listened to the one-star reviews when I was deciding whether or not to order from this company, but I thought it would be fine, I was wrong! I ordered from Kiddies Kingdom at the beginning of September, some of the items were delivered within 2 weeks but two items were missing. I never received an email saying part of my order was delayed or when to expect it. I had to email their customer service to find out what was going on, I was told the rest of my order would arrive by the end of the next week, this didn’t happen so I asked again, I was told it had been delayed but would be with me by the end of the next week. Again, it didn’t arrive, again, I emailed asking where it was and why no one was updating me if it was delayed, I was told I would have it by the end of that week. These emails were over a month, when it didn’t arrive again I asked where it was and was told at the beginning of October that it had now arrived in their warehouse and I would receive it soon, two weeks later, still not arrived, I emailed again which was ignored so I had to email again asking for them not to ignore me and to give me an update, I was told the issue had been expedited and someone would be in touch soon, it got to the first week in November and I’d still heard nothing, I emailed again asking why I was being lied to every week for the past two months and asked to make a formal complaint. Someone emailed back saying someone else would email me in 2 days to tell me when my order would be delivered, my request to file a complaint was ignored, I emailed back saying I wasn’t happy with that response and I still wanted to make a formal complaint. I then got an email saying my order had never actually come into their warehouse and they don’t know when it will be in, so I was lied to the month before about it being in their warehouse and they still refused to address my request to make a formal complaint. I emailed again saying I wanted my money back and that they couldn’t keep ignoring my request to make a complaint. I got an email back that just gave me the same email address I had been emailing telling me to send the complaint to that address, no mention of my refund. I sent a new email to the email address with my complaint, again asking for a refund. I received a call the next day offering me two alternative cots, one that looked nothing like what I originally ordered and another that was cheaper than the one I originally ordered. I obviously declined it and asked for my refund. I asked when someone would actually be dealing with the complaint and was told a manager would call me to deal with it. A week later I have thankfully received the refund but heard absolutely nothing back about the complaint. I have emailed again today but I don’t expect any response. I have given them so many chances over the past 10 weeks to provide a good service and sort this issue out, I have waited this long to write a review in the hopes that there might be a good outcome and I wouldn’t have to give them a one-star review. My baby is due in just a few weeks, I thought I ordered the cot with plenty of time to spare. If you want your order to arrive before your baby does, do not order with Kiddies Kingdom. I wouldn’t have minded so much if I’d actually been told the truth from the start but week after week I was lied to, even as far as them saying they had my order in their warehouse ready to ship when in fact they never had it at all. This whole situation has caused me a great deal of stress which can be very harmful for pregnant women and their unborn babies, I have expressed this concern to the people I have been dealing with several time but they obviously don’t care at all about their customers or the risk to their health caused by their appalling service. I only hope that by writing this review, I can save other mothers-to-be from having an extremely stressful experience and dealing with the same appalling customer service that I have received from this company.

My item was given a new delivery date every week for 2 months. Eventually I cancelled the order because I'm sick of waiting for a baby walker by the time we get it the baby will be in college. Cancelled my order but yet to receive a refund, impossible to contact kiddie Kingdom, very poor service, would not recommend.

I ordered a car seat for my grandson on 5th September 2021 on 21st October, I had a pushchair delivered. Contacted the company and received apologies. However I was asked to return the push chair before my order was fulfilled. Therefore having received my money and sent the wrong product I was being held to ransom to get my order! I have cancelled the order and I found the exact same product for £50 less with next day delivery

Ordered a travel system, was delivered an isofix base, arranged for dpd collection and dispatch of my item and now they say it is out of stock. Apparently it is normal practise for them to print a dispatch label, arrange dpd contact the customer to assure delivery will be the next day and only AFTER that do they check stock. NOT WORTH PUTTING YOURSELVES THROUGH THE STRESS

It is now 8 weeks since I reported the fault and still no resolution. KK hiding behind Consumer Right Act and manufacturer rather than doing the decent thing and refunding me. How can you sell a premium child seat safety item that is faulty and expect a customer to wait 8 weeks for a resolution with no offer of a replacement or refund. Have had to buy a replacement myself so can use the car seat I also bought from KK with the base (as intended). Unbelievably poor customer service when considering this is a child car safety product and we are talking about a 6 month old baby. If you are thinking about buying a pram or car seat (or any other piece of vital baby equipment) don't buy it from KK as if it develops a fault you will just be left waiting for some kind or resolution with no pram/car seat base etc. Will never shop here again.

First of all the cot didn't arrive on the day stated, then the next day thursday ,the van arrived and very matter of factly told me there wasn't room on the van for the cot, so just dropped the mattress at my door, said unless willing to pay extra for weekend delivery ,it would be the following monday, customer service no help at all, just message service contact ,, no phone contact because of covid, amazing the shop is open !!! sorry nothing we can do, Now this is where it really angers you I ordered a grey cot , when it arrived, and my son came to assemble it for me ,it was a white one inside the box , 4 days and 5 emails to customer service later, and no response what's so ever Never again will I buy from there !!

Review: Beware of ordering any items from Kiddies Kingdom online. They attempted to sell me a new item which was in fact used in breach of the Trades Description Act 1968. Furthermore, when grievances are raised Kiddies Kingdom cannot answer telephone calls and only attempt to resolve serious complaints remotely. Customer service is non-existent. Delivery 1: Purchased a Recaro Tian Core car seat that arrived in a damaged box with no protective internal packaging. Upon opening box it was clear this car seat had been used with multiple scuff marks over many areas of plastic. As we needed to imminently travel we were prepared to potentially overlook this. However in addition to sending out a used car seat, the isofix connectors were also jammed and damaged. When I contacted Kiddies Kindgom, despite there having been 7 days since our online order had been input, they had no urgency to rectify their shocking sale of goods with a false description. All images and video of the damage had been sent to Kiddies Kingdom via email. They wanted to simply replace the item without a clear apology in writing and only after they had collected the used and damaged car seat. They made no exceptions despite their poor treatment of a customer and possessed no urgency despite shockingly seeing they had passed off a used item as new. Only through a great deal of anger and multiple phone calls did they agree to send out a new car seat by the weekend. They were in effect forced into action by my behaviour. Delivery 2: A new car seat arrived and appallingly the box was completely open. No tape sealing the top. When the DPD driver was asked about this he informed me this is how he found the box. Dust and dirt sitting on top of the thin plastic covering the child seat fabric. Again no internal packing or protection. Shockingly Kiddies Kingdom sent out a second damaged car seat. Despite knowing they had already failed me as customer, they did not ensure the box was closed, the car seat was protected and in working condition even on a second delivery. This evidences the type of company that should be avoided at all costs. When asked why they sent out an open box (photographic evidence was again sent to them), and a second damaged car seat, their response was ridiculous and inappropriate. They claimed the package was closed (I doubt very much DPD drivers enjoy taking tape off their parcels) and that the car seat had been checked at their warehouse. Impossible given the Recaro plastic sheet was sealed and thus no one had opened it. I was therefore lied to by a customer services manager at Kiddies Kingdom. No responsibility and no apology. Only an offer to refund, despite us now needing to scramble to find an alternative before attempting to take a flight. That flight had to be rescheduled at a cost of £325 to us. Collection: I immediately informed Kiddies Kingdom I wanted a full refund and that the second damaged car seat was ready for collection. They confirmed collection for 9am - 5pm on 14th September. They updated me once saying collection will occur between 12.25pm - 1.25pm that day. At 5.45pm that day no DPD driver has arrived and no collection has taken place. Kiddies Kingdom have now failed to even collect their own damaged merchandise. I take matters into my own hands and despite being told by Kiddies Kingdom that DPD arrived but my package was not ready (the second lie they told me as a customer) I confirm myself in writing through DPD that there driver did not in fact arrive at my property and it was not the case that the package was not prepared for collection. So it seems I was able to create a clear channel of communication with DPD when Kiddies Kingdom could not do so with there own courier. Another red flag for those thinking of ordering through Kiddies Kingdom - they have poor communication and relationships with their suppliers (Recaro) and their courier (DPD). I personally arrange for collection of this damaged car seat for Wednesday 15th September 2021 and confirm this with DPD. Amazingly Kiddies Kingdom again get involved and cancel this collection and go and book a third collection for the 16th September 2021 without notifying me to check if I am home and able to greet a courier on that date. It seems they are attempting to hijack a simple collection and ensure a customer suffers a great deal to simply have a fair outcome. This company are dishonest, difficult to deal with over email and unavailable to deal with complaints properly. Worst of all Kiddies Kingdom lack the correct protocols to ensure there merchandise is new and in working order. You would be making a serious mistake if you order anything through them.

I have ordered Bugaboo duo 3 with kiddies kingdom and 2 sun canopy and an adaptor missing from order, wrote to them several times and they dont even reply, i have spent £2350 and they dont even care. They have a number to call and when calling the number says that cause of corona they are short of staff and everything has to be an email. i am extremely disappointed with kiddies kiddies kingdom. Big Shame.

Horrific ! Do not order. Ordered one month ago and item still not arrived! Awaiting stock is what the status appears as. If they don’t have stock they shouldn’t take orders stating a 5-10 day turnaround. Scammers and only after the money

Appalling service. Ordered an East Coast chair 4 months ago. Keep getting emails saying delayed, but still no sign of it. Should have received it today, but nothing - as usual. They take your money, and keep promising delivery will be on xxxxxx, but all a lot of hot air. Order number 387249 I'm about to cancel if this doesn't arrive VERY SOON, as this is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
