“God help me if I had lost my keys to my house and was locked out and was waiting for the locksmith. 9pm he turned up, I rang at 15:51. The guy was lovely when he turned up £200 for a 10 minute job. How do I apply for a job?”

“Don’t use! After my first review this lot replied saying get in Roch with Customer Service and they’d be delighted to talk to me to resolve things. I did. 6 days later, not a word!!!”

“Very polite and nice guy came and let me in after locking myself out. Kept me updated and phoned me on the way. Arrived 45 mins after call so was very happy with this. Overall very happy but did find it very expensive. Over £80 and he was literally here for 20 seconds.”

“Made an appointment for locksmith to come, he arrived on time after phoning to say he was on his way, he was very professional ,well mannered and polite. On completion of the job he explained what he had done. The customer service team I spoke to was also very polite and efficient fantastic job 👏👏👏👏”

“Upon locking ourselves out of the house we were at a bit of a loss as to what to do. A quick google search on the phone and literally 20 minutes later we were back inside. I don't suppose we could have hoped for a better result.”

“Very shoddy work and the guy that came I found offhand and rude plus he refused to wear a mask or gloves. Absolute rip-off to have been charged what he charged me. I hope I never see him again. He used cardboard packing behind the lock to “secure” it and left all the old screws taken off the door strewn on the floor outside.”

“Wasn’t sure who to go with but after deliberating we went with these guys. A chap called Craig was sent over and he sorted out our lock issue in next to no time. Can’t fault the company and Craig was brilliant. We definitely recommend based on this experience. Oh, and price was relatively good too.”

“I needed to have a lock changed it resulted in me paying £213 + they made a bad job of it and ruined my door I was told I would get an email with receipt and so I could make a complaint but to no avail”

“Lovely young man powlo very professional and polite. Did great job knew what he was doing. And very patient with my westie who took a liking to him kept taking a toy to him and asking for fuss. He gave her his attention in between doing great job bless him”
