“Invoice said £80 I paid £85 for a simple job I could of easily done myself. Didn't have to prove to the locksmith that I lived in the property and had a little argument with him as of his nationally (Ukrainian) I'm x forces and have been offered to go fight there battle”

“Was told it would be £59 plus vat to get my lock changed then he arrived and said it would be £89 because of my door... he then drilled through the lock and told me I owe a further 80 for a lock that I paid a tenner for from screwfix....”

“Arrived within 1 hour to fix the front door lock which had a broken mechanism. Great, speedy service and honest locksmith. Despite initially thinking an expensive part change was required, managed to repair the springs and parts at just a call out charge and get it all working again. Thank you”

“I managed to lock myself and called these guys. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful and the locksmith turned up really quickly and got me back indoors. I totally recommend this company and there was no call out charge either. 5* service.”

“Left key in house. Came within 30 mins. It was dark and was stuck out at 9pm. He rang to let me know of arrival 6 mins before. Polite and respectful, explained my options before took any action. It was more expensive than advertised by 50 pound on the phone. But I was able to get my lock off the catch for 120 without damaging my lock or frame. My key was in the house. Cheaper than my housing association which was charging 20 pounds more. I had an anti lock picking lock so it made it more expensive.”

“Our neighbour was taken to hospital in an emergency and left us to look after her cat. When trying to get the cat in we accidentally shut the door with the keys inside. We had to ask our neighbour, who was in hospital, if she had spare keys on her but she didn’t. Keys4U came within 30 minutes on a Sunday evening and quickly solved the problem for a reasonable price, to the relief of us and our neighbour. Thank you. Much recommended.”
