“We discovered around 8.30pm that our back door wouldn't lock. We called keys 4u locksmith who arrived within 30 mins. He called before arrival to let us know he was on his way. The locksmith worked really hard on what proved to be a difficult job. However by 11pm the lock was fixed. We were expecting a huge bill as it was an emergency call output the price was very reasonable. Costa, the lock Smith was polite and hard working. We would definitely recommend.”
“From the first telephone call to the locksmith fixing the lock and leaving the house = less than an hour. The locksmith was friendly and explained everything he was doing and why - even gave tips to make the new lock last longer (nothing lasts forever) - cannot ask for better service.”
“Sorry but this is a rip off company my neighbour of 75 was quoted £60 it might be a bit more if it takes longer and at the end of the job which took less than half an hour was charged £280 When she asked can't It be cheaper than that cos that's a lot was told that's our rate So why wasn't she told that in the first place absolutely a rip off I googled the locks and they are between £15 -£20 so where you get £280 for a job that took less than half an hour ???????????”

“The price for the lock and labour at £184 was very steep, especially as the job only took 15 minutes! When the men left I realised that although the key locks perfectly well, the door is loose in the frame, so it'll be draughty in winter. Wish I hadn't gone with this supplier.”

“Silly ole me left the keys in the back of the door! Walked out and closed the door and therefore couldn’t open from outside. Called keys4un and they arrived in about 30 mins! Great service and hopefully won’t ever have to use again but will be the first to call if I do!

“I contacted Keys4U 033 0088 4662 to ask for help installing some new locks on my property in Epsom
From each of my three calls I was promised a call back.
My fourth call I was again offered a call back and I explained that this wasn't working and I was disappointed as I as the client was having to continually call back
The response from the young lady was this is the first time you have spoken to me so what do you want !!!!
Not particularly helpful
