“Upon locking ourselves out of the house we were at a bit of a loss as to what to do. A quick google search on the phone and literally 20 minutes later we were back inside. I don't suppose we could have hoped for a better result.”
“Very shoddy work and the guy that came I found offhand and rude plus he refused to wear a mask or gloves. Absolute rip-off to have been charged what he charged me. I hope I never see him again. He used cardboard packing behind the lock to “secure” it and left all the old screws taken off the door strewn on the floor outside.”

“Customers beware. I received a tip off from a customer of mine that when he called my shop number, the call was answered by keys4u, who somehow rerouted the call to their own call centre. They pretended to be us and sent out a locksmith to do a job but the customer knows my staff and knew something wasn't right. When I called myself to check this, exactly the same thing happened. They are not who they say they are.”

I phoned Keys4U for help. Their representative arrived within the 20 minutes quoted and was most efficient and very pleasant. He obviously knew his stuff and managed to open the door and also gave us advice about a new lock.
He would have replaced our lock if requested but we opted to deal with the company who fitted the original door.
