“windy sunday morning 7.30. stepped out on balcony. door slammed. in pjs no nada else. borrowed a phone , made the call . 30 mins later real good chap turns up. got me in . it nearly made the whole thing worth while . 5 stars to the locksmith.”

They are not very clear with price at the beginning and their engineer asked £129 for a lock that is normally £37 on the market he tried to over charged by asking £89 plus vat when I called their office they said £69 plus vat and then he called back to his office and start swearing at them.
Not good service at all.”

“Friendly helpful locksmith. Got us into our house quickly with special tools when the key was still in the lock on the inside of the door. No new lock needed. Called out on a Sunday evening and they were onsite within 25 mins. Able to pay by credit card and required to pay at the time of service. Would recommend to anyone in a pinch like we were.”
“Very efficient arrive within 30 mins corrected the problem within 10 mins . Only they did not express the call out fee prior to booking 69.99 prices are a little steep for locks but on the whole did not need a new lock 👍”
