“Responded quickly enough. Technician was quick and managed to open the door relatively quickly without damage. 82 quid was a bit of a sting but I paid it gladly as I felt foolish locking myself out. I would probably use the service again if I made the same mistake. I might shop for a better price first though”
“Patrick was an excellent guy. He was polite and friendly and wore protective mask and gloves.
He repaired my window which had been blown out by the wind and would not close because the hinges were bent. He took the window out completely and knocked out the bent metal. He refitted the window, which was really a 2 man job, single handed. It was very difficult as the window was very heavy to hold whilst at the same time trying to fix the screws back.
I would definitely recommend him. An excellent worker who takes pride in what he does. Thank you very much Patrick, you are a great worker.”
“Would not use this service. I was quoted £360 for a broken lock as the 'gear box' mechanism was broken. This sounded extortionate, so I declined them to continue. I had to pay call out fee and they left. Contacted alternative locksmith for advice. They charged me £235 for same job. Big difference in price albeit still expensive. Caution when choosing this service...”
