“Mihai came out and was with us within 30 minutes and did a great job quickly and efficiently, and provided excellent advice and service. He did more than repair the locks but actually sorted out the door frame and hinges as well. Also very fair price. This was 2100 on a Friday evening. Very pleased.”

“After calling, the locksmith arrived within 20 mins. Unfortunately had to drill the door as the lock had jammed (cheap locks apparently do this quite often soon after fitting). Valentino was prompt, polite and professional.”

“I contacted your company and within 10 minutes I had a call from the lock smith to say he was 10 minutes away. He arrived early and was very helpful and provided advice and mended the lock really quickly. Would definitely use this service again.”

“I was quoted £80 for my new lock on the phone. The locksmith turned up and tried to get £140 out of me!!! Paid £90 in the end but either the people on the phone have no idea or your locksmiths are con artists!!!”

“The locksmith came within 1 hour of call. He was very friendly and kind. Luckily he managed to open the door within few minutes. Very pleased with the service.”

“A little slow in arriving but once he did he made every effort to get me into my property without having to drill out and replace the lock at a huge cost. Stuck to the price quoted and no hidden extras. Got me in with no fuss or mess. Friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend.”

“I was told on the phone the price would be £70. When the engineer turned up, he advisef that we charge me approx £150 however the normal price was £196. I refused outright and told him he could leave without completing the job. He then dfopped the price to £84. Clearly trying to rip me off!”

“They came in promptly as promised on a bank holiday! They got us back into our flat after getting locked out due to a jammed lock and did this without causing any harm to the door or the lock. They could have gone nuclear and at a higher cost but they tried and managed to take care of it in the smoothest manner. Double thumbs up! : )”
