We purchased Bonella chairs and table after admiring an earlier purchase made by our daughter. Excellent product, until we noticed just a few months before the end of the 5 year warranty period that the paint on all 4 chairs had developed a rusty appearance and started peeling at the joins of the mesh and frame. This subsequently accelerated. Kettler responded to our complaint immediately offering a replacement, arriving later this summer. I understand that originally furniture had been manufactured in Germany, but that our purchase had been made following the demise of the German parent, and manufactured in India for the now independent UK subsidiary. The Siena replacement warranty is now 3 years, so we will watch with interest. Zero stars for our experience of product quality, but 5 stars for company response.

Kettler chairs and tables are excellent but replacement parts (like replacement feet) are too expensive. Can’t buy them in local shops that sell Kettler garden furniture.

Not impressed as still not received sofa foot and no stool feet in stock. I was told to buy a new stool?

This is not the product it was my 12 yr old chairs are fine but my 4yr old table is starting to show signs of rust whats gone wrong

Palma dining chair is excellent. Palma Bistro Table needs assembly which is a long job because the 12 bolts don’t all line up very well. You have to do a bit with each bolt at a time very carefully, and because they’re not all truly aligned with their sockets it’s tough work with the little Allen key. But ok at last.

Disappointed that we good not find our receipt of purchase.i understand the rules but it would have been nice under these circumstances for my chair to have been replaced

Panasol - Love the idea of this and bought it last year. It works great but after the Summer it had rusted slightly and was leaving rust marks on the canopy, so was really disappointing. This year we have paid to have it recoated and painted so shouldn’t rust and will last for years.

Just purchased the Charlbury Round set of table and 6 chairs,some scratch marks on the coating of the metal frames, hope it does not rust? chairs very comfy well built, also purchased the protective cover for the set. The metal stand that goes in the middle of the table is poor, slight bit of wind and it falls over, the stand would scratch the glass table top, trying to get it to stay standing up whilst putting the cover on is a pain, the picture of the cover shows that it has 4 pull toggle cords to pull the cover tight , but there is only 1 it is impossible to to tighten quality seems ok only time will tell would only give the cover 4 out of ten.

Our 3 year old Palma resin table melted yesterday (06/05/20) under a wine glass that was left on it for 10 minutes in the late afternoon sunshine. When I then checked, there were other similar but less unsightly examples of the same thing elsewhere on the table. There is nothing in the care advice to warn you about this. Also, the night covers we bought when we purchased the set began to disintegrate after 2 years use. I contacted Kettler twice about this and they did not respond in spite of their promise to respond in 3 weeks. Poor quality materials and poor customer service.

They have responded swiftly to replacing the item but I am concerned about quality of the products overall. The staining on the arm rests on the chairs seemingly rubs off very easily and we have another chair now that the arm rest is becoming faded. The zips on the cushions are also very delicate and given that we paid over £1000 for the set I would not say it has been a good purchase for the money.

Warranty was ho lured a.though it was close to the end of the warranty period. Kettle were very badly let down by the delivery company they use

Bought a 4ft RHS bench today. Top back split as soon as I put the screw in and the screw holes underneath at one end didn't line up so I had to redrill them. Disappointing.

Purchased an expensive Panalsol locally. The frame was delivered direct from Kettler, I unpacked it to assemble it a few days later and was extremely disappointed to find several of the frame parts were badly rusty. The paintwork was pimply in a number of places, obviously rusty prior to painting, and several areas just rusty. Returned it, and now have a replacement, which was ok,

Purchased Patio set in 2006, still looking good with no rust. Purchased same set for my parents in 2008, still good and no rust. Purchased a 2 seater chair in 2012, within 2 years it had corroded, it was quickly replaced under warranty. Replacement then went rusty and paintwork turned silver, it was replaced in July 2017. Called Kettler yesterday, as the 3rd replacement has rust appearing on it. Am told there has been a problem with the coating. Am also told they will not replace again. Sadly, I doubt that I will be buying from Kettler again

Great garden table/chairs and umbrella .design good.Quality let’s Kettler down .Both arm chairs suffered the same peeling of paint on the arms despite being stored undercover .Complained and received two new arm chairs eventually .Good customer service regular updates.

Another patio set replaced without fuss. Like our previous set the chairs and table had badly rusted after two years and Kettler arranged a no hastle replacement. Unless they can get on top of quality control we look forward to replacing again in 2020!

Kettler have just replaced all six of my patio chairs which were rusting badly. Unfortunately they have had to replace them 3 times within the 5 year warranty, hence the average rating.

The companion chair I purchased 2 years ago started to show water damage on the wooden tabletop Kettler replaced it without hesitation for a newer model which was promptly delivered
