Have had many kettler products with no problems, so purchased Palma casual dining set.. Although out of warranty period I contacted customer services as our table has bowed in the middle. As at the time of noticing it we were about to move, so more pressing paperwork was top of our list.. No help from CS just 'sorry out of warranty but you can purchase another table full price'... Not even an offer of a discount! If they bow in the sun why would I buy another 'garden table'.. My next purchase will not be Kettler..

Have not used this as yet as the cleaner and restorer I need to use before this is still out of stock ! Nearly a month now can you advise when this will be in stock please

We are sorry for the delay in having the product you need in stock. We are expecting a shipment of our cleaners and protectors to arrive late February/early March so they will be on the website very shortly after. We appreciate that it is frustrating and apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Very disappointed. I thought the size and the price of it and the calculations that it would give a reasonable amount of heat. We used it for the first time for a family meal outside for a 70th Birthday and I had expected to feel more comfortable and warm, but no one felt any real difference. It seemed to take quite a lot of electricity going by the smart meter, but didn’t make much difference in warmth to us. It does feel like a waste of money.

It was a nightmare to assemble - the instructions numbers did not match the packets! Took hours and hours to assemble! Shame because good quality table.

Disappointed that I didn’t receive an email, just a text with no invoice / information as to ETA. Also payment system misleading so payment made through ‘Trust Payments’ a company who I suppose have my data now.

Kettler Outdoor 10 table tennis table - I rate this between 3 and 4. I fell for the Kettler name. The table and legs are sturdy but some of the parts are not. Overall expected a much better quality product from Kettler. My husband found the instructions to be not very good and it took him a lot of hours to put the table together (he is very good with DIY). I have been very busy but yet to contact as one part already snapped - needs replacing and edge of table has come apart :(. Come on Kettler you can do better.

Haven't yet dared to start the assembly of green series outdoortable. Cannot find relevant online tutorial.

Thank you for your review and feedback Ian. Unfortunately, we do not have an online tutorial for the assembly of our range of Table Tennis tables. The approximate build time for two people is up to four hours. We can recommend a third-party flat pack assembly service if necessary. I ordered some touch-up paint. It arrived quickly and it is quite effective. So I give that 5 stars. I am giving only three stars because I am rather disappointed that I need the touch-up paint. Whilst I love our Kettler furniture, and I did expect to have to touch up the paint occasionally, I didn't expect large areas of the paint to peel off the arms of the chairs. We have had the furniture for 7 years so maybe that is too much to ask.

Thank you for your review and feedback James. Our range of products is built to last and offers the best weather protection available, however, the products and coating can weather over time. We supply touch-up paint to help our customers repair cosmetic damage that can be caused by wear and tear, after using the products for extended periods.

Glad to have got touch up paint for my chairs. However really disappointed that the Kettler patio chairs have begun to rust. The touch up paint is to suitable for repairing the rust damage.

Needed some touch-up paint for iron furniture which has (after about four years to be fair) started to rust. paint expensive and in tiny bottles. Ordered two which is the max allowed which might just do one chair. But three (out of four) need patching up! Will see what they look like with some Hammerite!

the table is good. However, everything (absolutely everything) has to be assembled. I have previously had another leading brand and much was pre-assembled. The cost of the other brand was equivalent to Kettler so price is not an issue.

The product does require assembly however, the comprehensive assembly instructions should allow this to be done fairly swiftly. The purchase of touchup paint arrived within seven days as indicated. We have serious rust on 4 chairs having the company replacing two earlier through again rusting. When purchased we were assured that the metal chairs could be left out in normal weather. I doubt that we would purchase Kettler metal chairs again

Not had delivery of product yet. Also I already have a cover the same of which I bought as a set with table cover 4 years ago for £50 This price increase is astronomical but my other one is now weather beaten. It did protect my garden furniture well

Thank you for your review Lynne, and I hope that when you do receive your protective cover on Monday, you are happy with it. The older style of protective cover that you must have ordered 4 years ago, went into a clearnce sale, and this must be why you were able to get one at the cheaper cost. The reason that that cover was discontinued was because we improved the quality of the protective covers by adding an internal PU coating and more toggles. Hopefully when you receive the new cover you will be happy with the quality of it, and you will be able to use it for years to come to protect your set.

I have just reordered a lounger protective cover to replace the one i bought in 2019 as it leaked from the start hence had to store the universal lounger inside not ideal and the cover faded the first summer of use . I had also purchased the sofa cover and table cover which kettler replaced as the stitching opened after a few months . I am disappointed with the quality of the protective covers as they are not good value for money . The actual furniture however im very pleased with . I have to buy the covers again to replace the old ones as i dont want to leave the furniture uncovered. I will have to replace the arm chair covers next as they are also leaking and faded after only 2 summers

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry to learn of your disappointment with the protective covers you purchased. I can confirm that the protective covers are designed to be used mainly for covering the furniture when it is in frequent use, and you dont want to keep removing the cushions. All of the wicker furniture is completley waterproof therefore, if you didnt cover the sets when the cushions were stored away for winter, then the items would be absolutley fine. We offer a 12 month warranty on all of the protective covers so unfortunately we are unable to replace the ones that you purchased in 2019. As before, we are sorry to learn of your disappointment and your comments have been passed onto our product development team.

We bought Kettler patio furniture which was expensive but good quality. The only issue we have is aftersales has been extremely poor. The adjusters on the base of the stools continually fall off. We have spoken to the supplier who informed us to speak to Kettler direct. Kettler thanked us for the response but after a month they have not contacted us to resolve the problem. As Blondie said we are still hanging on the telephone.
